Ardha Matsyendrasana, Half Lord of the Fishes Pose, Half Spinal Twist Pose or Vakrasana is an asana. The name is derived from the Sanskrit words 'ardha' meaning half, 'matsya' meaning fish, 'indra' meaning a king, and 'asana' meaning seat. This asana is also called Vakrasana.
