This document summarizes a study that investigated how the Moodle learning platform facilitates e-learning in vocational education. Forty students in computer science courses at a vocational training institute used Moodle over four weeks. A questionnaire assessed student attitudes towards e-learning and Moodle. Results showed Moodle can be useful for both teachers and learners to improve educational outcomes. Students also felt it strengthened self-efficacy and independent learning. The study implemented and tested Moodle's features like online course content, communication tools, and tracking student progress.
E-Learning is transfer of skills and knowledge by
the computer and network enabled. It includes out of & in
classroom educational experiences with the help of
technology. Early E-Learning systems are based on computer
based learning& training often which attempted to replicate
autocratic teaching styles where the role of the e-Learning
systems was to transfer knowledge, as opposed to this
systems developed later which were based on computer
supportive collaborative learning which encouraged the
shared development of knowledge.
The aim of my project is to create awareness about E- learning concepts, Standard & Digital Technologies which can also be more effective than our Normal Practices. This can be done for all the sectors of Indian Economy. But only few have adopted it eg., Education Sector.
Joel Wayne Ganibe, EESDP expert for ICT4E/Teacher Development Strategy/Classroom based Assessment and his team of national experts are working closely with the implementing units and has begun to pilot micro-certifications where a typical full course is broken down into smaller, bite-size modules that can be delivered asynchronously and synchronously. The 15 modules in this pilot series are all geared towards increasing Lao Teacher PCK (pedagogical-content/context-knowledge) while also increasing confidence and experience on education technology. “We make it easier for the learner to absorb knowledge faster and to build skills through continuous engagement and formative assessments.”
Ganibe explains that the webinar is just level 1 or the first barrier to overcome by the target beneficiaries. “It is meant to be the first of many layers and communication channels that will be used for knowledge transfer and generation. It aims to provide experiential learning through digital channels to give them more comfort in using these channels, so that we can mentor them further through a community of practice. Yes, it is social media and we are demonstrating how it can be used for education and not just entertainment, now that face-to-face events and travel are limited,” he further elaborated.

Customized moodle-based learning management system for socially disadvantaged...journalBEEI
This study aims to develop Moodle-based LMS with customized learning content and modified user interface to facilitate pedagogical processes during covid-19 pandemic and investigate how teachers of socially disadvantaged schools perceived usability and technology acceptance. Co-design process was conducted with two activities: 1) need assessment phase using an online survey and interview session with the teachers and 2) the development phase of the LMS. The system was evaluated by 30 teachers from socially disadvantaged schools for relevance to their distance learning activities. We employed computer software usability questionnaire (CSUQ) to measure perceived usability and the technology acceptance model (TAM) with insertion of 3 original variables (i.e., perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use) and 5 external variables (i.e., attitude toward the system, perceived interaction, self-efficacy, user interface design, and course design). The average CSUQ rating exceeded 5.0 of 7 point-scale, indicated that teachers agreed that the information quality, interaction quality, and user interface quality were clear and easy to understand. TAM results concluded that the LMS design was judged to be usable, interactive, and well-developed. Teachers reported an effective user interface that allows effective teaching operations and lead to the system adoption in immediate time.
Implementing e-learning in far western region of Nepal by Gajendra Sharma* and Mahesh Prashad Bhatta in Crimson Publishers: Electronics and Telecommunications
The rapid developments of internet and communication technologies have materially altered many characteristics and concepts of the learning environment. E-learning has started to make way into developing countries and is believed to have huge potential for governments struggling to meet a growing demand for education while facing shortage of expert teachers, shortage of update textbooks and limited teaching materials. The objective of this study is to determine the major challenges of implementing e-learning systems in far western region of Nepal. The results of this study will serve as a basic for improving higher education in developing countries. There are many commercial or free e-learning systems available on the market. Most of these e-learning systems provide lot of functionality and modules. Some courses are completely based on e-learning resources instead of traditional learning model. E-learning system also offers graphs and charts of student’s results. This system is based on linear workflow. That means students can see new learning resources and tests only after previous was done. Students can also create their own learning plan by defining dates. System is able to export this plan into general calendar format or remind students via e-mail.

E-LEARNING FOR ALL WITH INTERFACE INCORPORATING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT USER acijjournal
The rapid development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is an asset for e-learning.This is a new form of distance education that relies on the Internet and the Web. This new pedagogical approach promote that the learner is the protagonist of his/her own training and thereby put in range that he/she needs to complete his/her apprenticeship. These resources are made available on the platform by
the trainers. Unfortunately, in the majority of e-learning platforms, the course is offered, regardless of the
state of the learner (disability, level of education, age, etc ...). Many people thus excluded from e-learning. This somewhat mitigates e-learning possibilities. According to world statistics, 10% of the world population, about 650 million people, lives with disability [1]. The promotion of employment for all,
advocated by human rights, will dwell on this mode of learning to train all young people who for many reasons do not always have the opportunity to attend a campus training center. E-learning should also be available to disable persons such as blinds, deafs, mutes,… This work develops new interfaces that adapt according to knowledges of the learner to facilitate e-learning. The illiteracy rate is therefore reduce in its
simplest form.

With the developing technology, different e learning concept has entered our lives. This new education model, which is very different from traditional education administration, has been adopted by the education community and learners. Thanks to this model that provides internet based training, it is possible to receive or give training without the concept of time and space. However, when the issue is a critical area such as education, this new method needs to be discussed and analyzed. First, the concept of e learning and learning management systems in the infrastructure of this new education model should be understood in detail. Determining the software modules that LMSs consisting of internet based software is a guide in this study. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of this new education model were evaluated and presented item by item. At the end of the study, suggestions were given to the individuals or institutions who were educated with e learning model or developed LMS software. This study proposes to present a sample design of a flipped learning instructional model for teaching Islamic Studies course at an Indonesian higher education institution. A bottom-up flipped learning model was developed in this study, based on Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives. A Learning Management System (LMS), Schoology, was employed as a platform to share pre-class video lectures for student learning activities outside-of-class. Three main activities proposed by the researchers outside of the class activities, namely, Watching, Summarizing, and Notetaking (WSN), whereas give and take conversation is the main class activity. This study implies that the bottom-up flipped learning model could potentially be implemented for teaching Islamic studies course in Indonesian higher education institutions, with the aim of fostering students' highest level of cognitive domains and independent learning skills. This study has implications for the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education and the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia or policymakers to consider the flipped classroom as a contemporary teaching model for teaching Islamic studies course and other subjects at any in Indonesian higher education institutions.
COMPARING THE CHALLENGES OF IMPLEMENTING WEB-BASED AND TRADITIONAL TEACHING S...adeij1
Web-based teaching systems have several advantages and have the potential to benefit education greatly. It
is significant to carefully consider learners' and instructors' specific needs and circumstances when
deciding whether to use these systems. Using web-based and traditional teaching methods may be
appropriate to provide a well-rounded educational experience. It may be appropriate to use a combination
of web-based and traditional teaching methods to provide a well-rounded educational experience. Webbased teaching systems have the potential to greatly benefit education in developing countries by
increasing access to quality education and reducing the cost of delivering education. However, there are
also several challenges to implementing these systems in developing countries, such as limited
infrastructure and resources, limited access to technology, and low digital literacy. The purpose of this
review article is to analyse and contrast the efficacy of web-based teaching systems with traditional
teaching systems, assess their respective advantages and disadvantages, identify the factors that influence
their effectiveness, and conclude that web-based teaching systems offer certain benefits over traditional
teaching systems, including greater flexibility, convenience, and the capacity to deliver multimedia content.
However, traditional teaching systems also have advantages, such as the ability to provide face-to-face
interaction and immediate feedback. This review paper examines the factors that impact the efficacy of
both systems, such as the system's design, the quality of the educational materials, and the proficiency of
the instructor. Both systems have their strengths and weaknesses, and the best approach depends on the

Online Learning Conveniences From Students’ Perception: A Case Study in Unive...inventionjournals
ABSTARCT : Convenience is one aspect that should be considered in an online learning environment. Without convenience it is very impossible to implement successfully online learning particularly in higher learning institution. The purpose of this study was to explore the online learning conveniences from students’ perception. A cohort of 61 science physics students from School of Science and Technology (SST) and 41 pre-service science teachers from the School of Education and Social Development (SESD) of Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia comprised the sample. The course involved is Modern Physics which is compulsory. Both groups were supported via an online learning environment, which acted as the main medium for learning. Participants’ perception on conveniences was recorded through an open-ended questionnaire and focus group interview. The output of these qualitative data can be categorised into several themes, as in general they felt that learning through online is really convenient and ease; and they were also using online to search for information. Somehow there were also negative feedback where they felt not satisfied with the Internet coverage. In additional the SESD’s student stressed that their communication skills were enhanced.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
Automobile Management System Project Report.pdfKamal Acharya
The proposed project is developed to manage the automobile in the automobile dealer company. The main module in this project is login, automobile management, customer management, sales, complaints and reports. The first module is the login. The automobile showroom owner should login to the project for usage. The username and password are verified and if it is correct, next form opens. If the username and password are not correct, it shows the error message.
When a customer search for a automobile, if the automobile is available, they will be taken to a page that shows the details of the automobile including automobile name, automobile ID, quantity, price etc. “Automobile Management System” is useful for maintaining automobiles, customers effectively and hence helps for establishing good relation between customer and automobile organization. It contains various customized modules for effectively maintaining automobiles and stock information accurately and safely.
When the automobile is sold to the customer, stock will be reduced automatically. When a new purchase is made, stock will be increased automatically. While selecting automobiles for sale, the proposed software will automatically check for total number of available stock of that particular item, if the total stock of that particular item is less than 5, software will notify the user to purchase the particular item.
Also when the user tries to sale items which are not in stock, the system will prompt the user that the stock is not enough. Customers of this system can search for a automobile; can purchase a automobile easily by selecting fast. On the other hand the stock of automobiles can be maintained perfectly by the automobile shop manager overcoming the drawbacks of existing system.
