The Basic difference – what do indians lag &
what do other nationals gain !
• The main flaw is our educational system. Most of them don’t know what do they
study. Many of them who complete their high school doesn’t choose their higher
degree properly .
• The next thing is the government should make investment in human capital. The
new innovations in research field should be appreciated & encouraged.
• The job opportunities must be purely based on skills of the person not on their
academic degree
Recommendations
• To promote universities with traditional student market to change with global
economy.
• Promoting inter disciplinary research.
21st century – what does the industry look for?
• Ways of thinking – creativity , critical thinking,problem solving , decision making
&learning
• Ways of working – communication & collaboration
• Tools for working – information & communication technology & information
literacy .
• Skills for living– life, career, personal & social responsibilities.
Is anything missing in Indians?
Then why do we lag in all the fields?
skills aren’t utilized properly,
Brain power is wasted.

The selection should be skill based & not degree based .

  • 2. The Basic difference – what do indians lag & what do other nationals gain ! • The main flaw is our educational system. Most of them don’t know what do they study. Many of them who complete their high school doesn’t choose their higher degree properly . • The next thing is the government should make investment in human capital. The new innovations in research field should be appreciated & encouraged. • The job opportunities must be purely based on skills of the person not on their academic degree Recommendations • To promote universities with traditional student market to change with global economy. • Promoting inter disciplinary research.
  • 3. 21st century – what does the industry look for? • Ways of thinking – creativity , critical thinking,problem solving , decision making &learning • Ways of working – communication & collaboration • Tools for working – information & communication technology & information literacy . • Skills for living– life, career, personal & social responsibilities. Is anything missing in Indians? Then why do we lag in all the fields? skills aren’t utilized properly, Brain power is wasted. Recommendations The selection should be skill based & not degree based .

Creativity & innovation The creative thinking • Use a wide range of idea creation technique. • Create a new & worthwhile ideas.//both incremental & radical concept • Elaborate, refine, analyze & evaluate their own ideas in order to improve & maximize creative efforts. Work creatively with team • Respect & utilize creative contribution of others • To be open & responsive to new & diverse perspectives in corporate group input & feedback into the work • Demonstrate originality & inventions in work & understand the real world limits to adopting new ideas. • Recomendations – act on creative ideas to make a tangible and useful contribution to the field in which the innovation will occour.
