STATEMENT : sanitary means providing clean and free society ,
free from pathogens hygienic .
SCOPE OF THE PROBLEM

Increase in loss of impure water and wastage of water

Cause of many diseases which are incurable.
Ø
Unclean environment due to impure sanitary.
Ø
Social and economical imbalance.
CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM
Ø
Main cause is “no proper government”.
Ø
Carelessness of each and every individual citizens.

2. Always money minded and selfish to loot money from government , and
also rivalry against opposite party e.g.: Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

irresponsibility of each and every individual.

HARMFULLNESS OF WATER.

SOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEM
1, Follow government rules strictly .
2,Make the employees understand their consequence if the overrule the
law.
3, Make public understand their responsibility and harmfulness of the problem.
4,Make specialized officers to check each and every process regarding the problem
and report to the government regularly and make sure every thing is perfect.
ONE NEW RULE MUST BE CREATED TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM .
Basic idea of this rule is to maintain the society free and clean
WHO ALL ARE ELEGEBLE TO TAKE PART IN THIS RULE (SPECIAL OFFICERS).
Qualification of a degree is must.
Three main persons are involved in this rule :
A , A young citizen to implement the rule properly.
B , A experienced old Politian who can guide the young citizen .

C, one secret officer to check weather the Politian and young officer are
sincere.
D, No reservation for categories at any cost.
5, 14 staff’s per state must be appointed to implement this rule . these 14
staff work under above mentioned the persons
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RULE
A, order each and every officer to maintain their respective states sanitary
issues and report regularly. In simple words, word of the officers is to keep
the society clean .
B, Strict measure should be taken if anyone oppose the rule.
C, Make sure the products used to manufacture sanitary pipes are
government approved.
D, The 14 staffs should collect the information about the sanitary problem
from the counselor of each area and report regularly.
E, Public can contact the officers if they face any problem with the counselor.

CONSEQUENCED IF OVER RULED
a, Strict punishment should be given, fine is not allowed.
b, Cancel all there license and make them work without payment.
c, Build public service sector in each and every area to update
about the irresponsibility of the officers.
