The Desired Impact If the Desired Funding is Achieved, then these Models can be game changers PERT Model can make sure that whole Women Society in India is educated- 48. 37% (viii) General Soft- Skills to be imparted through PERT model ‘Safety First’ Model can be very helpful in increasing the Security of women through a proper channel of network Thus Ensuring Safety and Empowerment Of Women
- 16. The Less Probability of Government taking up PERT Model because of the different Dimensions to it such as Technology. The challenges in setting up the ‘Safety First’ Model because of the large Network to be set up connecting the Remote Zillas and Districts. The Superior Section may be will not see the need of the PERT model and thus number of Volunteers can be very less who have the required skills. Various NGOs and Corporates are already engaged in Models which has been proposed by us. Challenges • Funding from other sources by making them understand the Effectiveness of the models through presentations • Tighter integration with Basic Elementary EducationMitigation • Advertising/ Awareness Campaign For The Introduction of PERT Model and Safety First • Creating a Strong network base of Police stations through proper channels of Communication Factors
