I study with music in the background STRATEGIES I NEED TO DO Recite out loud the information I want to remember several times. Set a goal for my assignments and verbalise them. Say my goals out loud each time I begin work on that particular assignment.  When doing maths calculations, use grid paper to help me set my sums out correctly and in their correct columns.
