Early evidence also suggests that this low carb, high fat diet may help treat certain cancers, Alzheimer’s disease, and other conditions. Still, higher quality research is still needed to determine this diet’s long-term safety and effectiveness
The keto diet typically limits carbs to 20–50 grams per day. While some people on keto count their total carb intake, others count net carbs, which is total carbs minus fiber. That’s because fiber is indigestible, so it can’t be broken down and absorbed by your body.
While this diet may seem challenging, it allows for many nutritious foods.

Vegetarian's consumes less calories commonly center around natural products, vegetables, entire grains, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. These food sources are rich in fiber, micronutrients, and advantageous plant mixes, and will in general be lower in calories, fat, and protein than creature nourishments. In any case, you may think that its hard to shed pounds on a vegetarian diet, particularly in case you're eating too many refined carbs or highly processed food sources.

5 Reasons Why You Should Start Eating
Plant Based Foods Today
As our society evolves, we are constantly facing the need
to change our behaviors and habits to increase our health
and quality of life. We are now facing climate change, food
insecurity and over 40% of our population is suffering from
chronic disease.
One of the recent ideas put forward to improve our world
and health is the plant-based nutrition. Even though food
regiments are not something our doctor prescribes (yet),
research is showing that food has a lot to contribute to our
health. It is also a less costly option to our society than
prescribe medication.

Beneficial of Vegetarian Diet
INTRODUCTION
In a few years ago, once, I had been to an Australian high school for one-month winter vacation; During the period, where the some of people also choose vegetarian diets. And when I was in high school in California, America, the vegetarian diets rate in the adolescents was becoming higher, which almost exceeded 20%. The same thing was also happening throughout University of Oregon, there are many people to choose vegetarian diets, even some of my friends. And when I went to the local restaurants, I found there are a lot of restaurants offer the vegetarian diet menus. I was very surprised, because in China, people who choose vegetarian diets are really few. Now there is a popular theory in society, many people think that vegetarians are very healthy and beneficial to human body. Diet health is relative to the life safety, which makes it a heating issue catching eyeballs, so I decide to spend time to do some research about vegetarian diets. During decades of development, human beings scored gratifying achievements. Progress was made both in developing the economy and in raising living standards, vegetarian diets play an essential role in nowadays society. In American society, instead of being worried about what to eat, most of public are eating more food, and more kinds of diet habits individuals can choose. Vegetarian diets are a popular diet in the United States society. Therefore, I want to discuss about the benefits of vegetarian diets. However, there may have some contradictions about the topic, if vegetarian diets are really beneficial, why there are still a lot of people do not choose this eating habit. For getting answer about the topic and contradictions, I do many researches from academic health websites, individual websites who are doctor of health or researcher of American Dietetic Association, and some health organizations of foods. And there are some of the other contradictions I have discovered through my inquiry are that although vegetarian diets are healthy, there are some people do not choose this diets way since they may consider about unaccustomed to friends or families, nutritional imbalance compares with normal diet, and athletic preference.
KEY TERMS
Therefore, I considered a question is that what is vegetarian? In the ordinary impression of people, vegetarianism means people who only eat vegetables and fruits. However, according to the Vegetarian Society, a vegetarian is somebody who refuses to eat any meat, poultry, amusement, fish, shellfish or products of creature butcher (VS for Vegetarian Society). Veggie lover counts calories contain different level of organic products, vegetables, grains, pluses, nuts and seeds. The incorporation of dairy and eggs is correlated with the kind of eating regimen following. Furthermore, there are four most widely recognized vegetarians: lacto-ovo vegetarians, lacto vegetarians, ovo vegetarians and vegans.

RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

Acute scrotum is a general term referring to an emergency condition affecting the contents or the wall of the scrotum.
There are a number of conditions that present acutely, predominantly with pain and/or swelling
A careful and detailed history and examination, and in some cases, investigations allow differentiation between these diagnoses. A prompt diagnosis is essential as the patient may require urgent surgical intervention
Testicular torsion refers to twisting of the spermatic cord, causing ischaemia of the testicle.
Testicular torsion results from inadequate fixation of the testis to the tunica vaginalis producing ischemia from reduced arterial inflow and venous outflow obstruction.
The prevalence of testicular torsion in adult patients hospitalized with acute scrotal pain is approximately 25 to 50 percent

2. The diet mainly consists of fruits,
vegetables, healthy fats, grains, and
proteins. Under the vegetarian diet are
more types of diets which can eliminate
the following food items: eggs, fish, dairy,
and other animal-derived products.
Vegetarianism Defined
3. Vegetarian and Vegan Diet:
What’s the Difference?
The vegan diet is a type of vegetarian diet which
eliminates all types of animal-derived products from
their diet.
Some even go as far as eliminating it from their
lifestyle so vegans may avoid products which is
made from animals or have been tested on animals.
4. Uric acid is a byproduct of purines which is found in
both animal-based food and plant-based foods.
Purines found in certain meats, organ meats, and
seafood are the top suspected culprits for gout
attacks and avoiding these food items can greatly
reduce your uric acid levels.
What the Vegetarian Diet
Does for Gout
5. There are studies
showing that plant-
based purines are
actually not as
harmful to gout
sufferers as animal
food purines are.
6. For example, nutrient-
dense food items such as
leafy greens, beans, and
mushrooms often have
high purine content but
they’re also known to
have protective
properties including
vitamin C, fiber, folate,
and phytochemicals.
7. Researchers suggest that the nutrients
from most plant-based foods remove
the negative effects of purine.
8. A vegetarian diet is also known to be
alkalizing, the opposite of gout which is
a condition defined by excess
acidity in the body.
9. In one of the studies, they let the
participants try two diets (the standard
Western diet and vegetarian diet) to see
if it would make a difference in their
uric acid levels.
10. By the end of the experiment, they
found that switching to a vegetarian
diet had lowered their uric acid
levels by 93%.
11. With the vegetarian diet,
you get to keep your
favorite staples such as
dairy and eggs.
Special mention to dairy
since milk has been known
to help the body excrete
uric acid more efficiently.
The good news is that you don’t have to
completely avoid all types of
meat or animal products.
12. Here are some of its many benefits:
- protects against certain types of cancer
- reduces saturated fat consumption
- promote better bowel movement
- help eliminate toxins more efficiently
- rich in antixidants
- rich in protein
- helps with weight loss
- reduces exposure to hormones
- reduces exposure to antibiotics
- improves your energy
13. You should consider switching to a
vegetarian diet if you’re having a hard
time keeping up with the dos and don’ts
of a gout diet.
14. Vegetarianism is generally healthy and
it’s not hard to stick with considering
there are different variations of it you
can do that will fit your lifestyle.
