ABOUT THE ANALYSIS

 The analysis had been done on the farmers
and the dealers of the Bharuch region.
 The analysis had been done on the primary
data which is asked to them through
  questionnaire
 The analysis had been done from the
questionnaire asked to 28 dealer and the 37
  farmers
MAJOR FINDINGS & SUGGESTION
 In the region, GSFC is a strong competitor of
  GNFC in the Urea trade.
 In some of the villagers, there are co-operatives
societies and private agro industry’s retail shops
also: and in such cases farmers prefer to buy
the fertilizers from them believing that they sell
  fresh goods.
 GNFC is leading 8in the region with its DAP.
 Getting competent dealers in the rural areas in
  the general a herculean task.
LEARNING AT THE ORGANISATION

 Finger print attendance with a card system
 Safety Measures

 Q.C department

 Clean and safe environment.

 Friendly Environment.
THANK YOU
