VESBE is a non-profit organization located in Germany that provides vocational education and training. It has partnerships in Turkey and India to help develop their hospitality industries. In Turkey, VESBE partnered with Istanbul Doors Akademi to create a hospitality training center and develop curriculum. In India, VESBE's cooperation plan involves jointly designing innovative training concepts and programs for the hospitality sector to address skills gaps and workforce needs. Dual-structured vocational education and training programs provide benefits like increasing qualified workers and private sector contribution to training costs.
