Students today are entering college at a unique time in history, shaping who they are and how they see the world. For colleges and universities, it's critical to recognize this generation's deep-rooted motivations, preferences, characteristics, beliefs and behaviors before they arrive on campus. Presented in Orlando at the 2018 AMA Higher Ed conference, this is Gen Z.
This presentation considered the impact of generational influences on current students and the impact of these influences on their career development needs. Participants were challenged to consider ways that schools, and career development practitioners can plan a holistic career education program which responds to the students’ needs and fosters a lifetime commitment to their own career development.

It is intended for the attendee to provide direct information on how to better manage and work with employees in these generations, and to make them effective members of your team.

Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.
