BLENDED LEARNING IS THE SOLUTION TO WHAT PROBLEM? IT CAN HELP STUDENTS  TO DO MORE WORK WHICH MEANS FASTER PROGRESS.

What I want is to be able to speak  and understand.  My face-to-face classes  with my teacher are the important thing.  Homework is an optional extra.

The instructions are in English Glossary in My Files on the GEC Screencasts and guidelines in Spanish Fortnightly task sheet emailed to teachers and students to work through at home and in class Teacher introduction and ongoing guidance The Project Manager is always available by email.
There's no-one to help them when they're stuck Family + friends = mutual benefit Project Manager + teacher = support Dictionary + grammar reference = strategy
