The paper presents a study on the dynamic simulation and stability analysis of a hybrid solar and ocean thermal energy conversion (SOTEC) system connected to a power grid. It discusses the system's response to variations in solar radiation and its performance under three-phase short-circuit faults while highlighting the benefits of adding a power system stabilizer (PSS) to improve stability and damping.
