Глаголы в английском языке бывают правильные –
regular и неправильные -irregular
 Правильные глаголы образуют прошедшее время с
помощью окончания “ed”, (V + ed),
которое читается как:
 [d] – после гласных и звонких согласных
play- played, open-opened, close –closed
 [t] – после глухих и шипящих согласных
wash- washed, stop- stopped, ask - asked
 [id]- после глаголов, оканчивающихся на [d] и [t].
want –wanted, plant- planted, translate – translated,
need - needed

Действие либо будет совершено к определенному
моменту в будущем, либо когда что-то случится.
 К пяти часам он уже сделает домашнюю работу.
 By 5 o’clock he will have done his homework.
 Мост будет закончен к концу мая.
 The bridge will have been finished by the end of May.
 Они уже уедут к тому времени, когда он вернется из
командировки.
 By the time he comes back from the business trip they will
have already gone.
 Они уже обсудят статью, прежде чем он придет.

Present Perfect (I have done).
 Cравните:
 Present Future
I'm not hungry. I've just had lunch. I shan’t be hungry. I’ll already
have had lunch by that time.
The house is dirty. We haven't The house will be dirty. We
cleaned it for weeks. shan’t have cleaned it for
weeks when we come back.
 Сравните Future Perfect и Present Indefinite:
- Will Mary be ready to go to the cinema when you come to her?
- Yes, she will have been ready by the moment.
