ridiculous loud and irreparable car horn to symbolise and reinforce the dysfunction of the family, and
convey the initial lack of connection.
Portrayal of the progress of the family was very important, and the van was used to symbolise this. It
started to break down just as the family was at its peak of frustration, however when they all worked
together to give it a pushing start, the van was able to continue on its journey. This highlighted their

students should take medication for attention deficit disorder if they do not have it, even if it helps
them get a better grade. First of all, relying on a drug one does not need medically is not a good idea.

drugs can cause an addition. However, this does not mean that it will not cause a dependency. The

themselves go through a lot of issues or self neglect. Because of the self neglect and the overbearing

twice as many suicide attempts as their counterparts. (Shenony.2016) Many people would think that
might not be as hard but being a single parent in college comes with a lot of challenges due to trying
to juggle many hats at once such as financial issues, balancing a stable home life for their dependents,
and staying on top of class assignments, these situations can be tough to manage but can eventually

The Rhetorical Analysis Of Senator Joseph Mccarthy
In February of 1950, Senator Joseph McCarthy made a speech with the purpose of accusing
democratic representative, Alger Hiss, of working with the communist Soviets in order to convince the
American people to support the Republican party. McCarthy convinces his audience by using
syntactical devices, such as anaphoras, rhetorical questions, and parallelism.
His use of anaphoras creates an emphasis on the motive of his sentence. For example, McCarthy
states, ...groups who have been selling this nation out... [are] those who have had all the benefits that
the wealthiest nation on earth has had to offer―the finest homes, the finest college education, and the
finest jobs... By repeating finest before each aspect of life, McCarthy emphasizes the wealth that the
men he discusses have been born into―creating conflicting images: the perfect Americans who have
had the best lives possible and those same Americans who are sabotaging the US by encouraging
communism. McCarthy repeats this tactic when he states, here is what he said, not back in 1928, not

Background:
We are in the business of providing reliable micro transportation to the downtown Auburn area. There
is no free on demand transportation in the area but many growing businesses.
A joyride in Auburn would provide thousands of people an easier opportunity to commute around
campus and downtown Auburn.
Over the next two years I plan to grow Joyride to a stable, household brand to students and residence
alike of the Auburn community. I plan to grow to Joyride to eight carts that would be constantly and
consistently used throughout the week. I six business in the downtown area would be willing to
sponsor a cart marketing package.
Specific target businesses would be: Skybar, Bourbon Street Bar, Quixotes, The Hound, Acre
Restaurant, Live Oaks, Avondale Bar Tap Room, Moes Original, Little Italy Pizzeria, Pieology
Pizzeria, Auburn Draft house, 17 16 Bar, Ellie Shoe Boutique, and Locker Room.
There are many, many businesses that would receive the full personalized sales pitch from me but
