• Ensure customer satisfaction through the accurate and timely administration of customer contracts, which include
approximately $ 25,000,000 in 35 different accrual programs to over 10,000 customers. Also responsible for

• Position has exposure to several aspects of the business and is a key liaison for relationships with customers, dealer
channel, sales organization, credit, customer service, and customer relations, Agfa Finance Company, RA/QA and ISO.
Sr. Customer Incentive & Support Representative 2002-2006
• 00000000Provide operational support to the Customer Incentive & Support representatives for day-to-day and act as a
mentor for new employees.
• Provide support to Customer Incentive & Support Manager by managing designated projects and departmental
responsibilities. These projects and responsibilities include management of Contract Compliance Reports, production of
monthly Sales Performance Reports, manage SAP Sales Rep assignments, coordination of lease payments, proposal of
system and procedural changes to better manage account contracts and account relations, involvement in GPO projects,
act as backup for Corporate Contract Specialist, approval of Customer Incentive & Support adjustments
• Provide customer service to Agfa Account Executives, Agfa Dealers and intercompany departments.
• Contract Management - contract interpretation, input and administration of rebates and other contract incentives

Customer Incentive & Support Representative 2000- 2002
• Management of the larger volume dealers such as MedImaging and Diagnostic Imaging, Inc. Responsibilities included
the management of all account contracts falling under the dealership to include contract interpretation, input and
administration of rebates and other contract incentives. Completed the reconciliation of dealer rebates to ensure that
proper discounts are being given to the end user.

1999
• Responsible for the management of the accounting department and the preparation and close out of the company’s
monthly profit and loss statements and annual budget. Responsible for the reorganization and restructuring of the
accounting department in order to operate more efficiently.
Operations Analyst 1998- 1999
