your media product?

2. Primary target audience
• The primary target audience for my opening
sequence would be 20-40 males. This is
because the thriller genre is mostly watched
by men. Also, I believe that the content in the
film would be too violent for people under the
age of 18 to watch. The reason for my target
audience not being over the age of 40 is that
beyond that age, people to not generally seek
suspense which is usually associated with
younger adults.

3. Secondary target audience
• I purposefully made my opening sequence
seem as open to anyone as possible, so my
secondary target audience would be people
seeking to look at films outside of their
preferred genre. I believe that ‘One False
Move’ could appeal to a different audience
because it has many tense scenes that many
people could thoroughly enjoy.
