Forms Overview
1. Once your Putti Forms instance has been set up through AppDirect, you can login
using your credentials. Visit forms.puttiforms.com/YourBusinessID which will have
been sent to your inbox along with your login details.
Once you are on the Putti Forms login page, type in your business ID and click next
!
3. This is the dashboard view. Here you can see what your plan includes and
how much of this is being used.

4. Navigate around the platform using the top menu icons. You can click each
one to take you to the corresponding page.
!
5. Manage your AppDirect account by clicking the button on the bottom right,
once clicked it will take you to your AppDirect login where you can change
your plan and users at anytime.

6. To view your Putti Forms account, click the email address on the top right
and press my account.
!
7. Here you are able to change your own account settings and information.
!
8. Add a profile picture to your account by clicking add image.
!
9. Change your job title, contact details and password by clicking the
appropriate box. Press save once you have finished updating your account.

10. If you would like to customise the look of your builder, press settings on the
menu bar
!
11. Here you can brand your builder by adding a logo or background JPEG or
PNG image, making sure they fit within the 300x88 pixel size restriction.
Press browse and chose the image you would like to use
!
12. To change the font colour by clicking into the box and using the colour
palette or alternatively you can type in a colour code to match your brand
colours. Do the same for background colour
!
13. If you would like to change the company settings, switch to the company
settings view
!
14. Here you can change the contact information for your company. Press save
once you are done
