Team Leader
Supervise 12 team members including all aspects of reporting quality concerns and bottle
necking to supervisors; resolve team member level issues; logging and capturing quality
and damaged parts via logging system; handle online quality issues reported by our
customer; implement start-up confirmation; scheduling time off; doing online repairs and
relief. Also implement cut-offs for outgoing quality issues which reduce and still keep
safety and quality at top priority.

Plant Wide Setup
One out of two people who obtained this title in the entire plant. Responsibilities
included maintaining torque settings for all assembly lines’ pneumatic tooling and
replacing/repairing scanners for all lines; first response for downed assembly lines taking
necessary action for the continuation of production while working in collaboration with
skilled trades; responded to over 40 supervisors on each shift midnight and days which
included ordering supplies for necessary operations and for troubleshooting faulty
equipment; ensured equipment was safe for daily operations prior to shift start up.
Additional responsibilities included helping skilled trades with shut down of plant and
startup of all lines after shut down and setting line speeds and safety checks.
Quality checker for air bag score line
One of two people in plant who performed this government-regulated job. Checked air
bag score lines via score machines; reported and logged findings and measurements to
ensure proper deployment of airbag prior to skins being shipped for assembly; ensured
2. quality of skins and helped setup operators of score machines make needed adjustments;
performed quality cut offs for bad skins and accomplished multiples shorts of bad skins
ensuring safety regulations were met.
Painter
Worked with industrial gun setup and painted poly-eurothane skins in paint booth, made
repairs to skins as needed; trained 80% of replacement painters for turnovers and
transfers to other plants; trained assembly line employees to correct bad paint issues to
ensure the production process and quality was up to standard.
General Assembly/Repair
Assembled and repaired instrument panels, door panels, and consoles for multiple makes
of Ford vehicles. Verified finishes and ensured that no panel was unfinished in the
assembly process.
