inventories and scheduling. Distribution and Scheduling Prototype parts from three manufacturing plants
in the US and Canada and seven U.S. Test Facilities. Tracked all to completion and provided reports to all
the launch teams and customers.
Personal recognition for having removed one year from the testing of prototype parts by changing the
scheduling to a simultaneous process. Resulted in significant reduction of the number of prototype parts
needed, lowering the required time to launch by a full year from 4 years down to 3. Millions of dollars of on
going launch savings for this and all future programs across all business lines. Achieved the successful
launch meeting the criteria of Zero injuries/Zero Defects/100% Production all within the 30-day post
launch production goal at the corporate level.
