 Paint Production Supervisor responsible for inspection, finesse and repair of vehicle exterior prior
to final assembly. Directly responsible for the hourly work force in three production areas.
 Accountable for body and paint appearance of over 400 vehicles per shift
 Directly involved and responsible for hourly training and safety of over 40 employees
 Helped launch the training of Standardized Work Procedures for two areas in two separate
assembly plants

 Interacted with the material warehouse to maintain proper quantity levels, re-order and safety
stock levels for all stock.

 Reviewing vendor contracts for incoming raw material or work to be performed
