While working in that job position, I learned how to lead others and make important timely
decisions, which have proven to be essential in today’s work force.
I am a state certified journeyman mechanic with over 25 years’ experience in electrical and
mechanical maintenance repairs. I have worked several management support roles in the
manufacturing arenas and have supervised UAW skilled tradesmen for 8 years. I have a passion
for professional maintenance and have worked on various launch programs to include the
training, planning and run off of assembly line equipment. I am a result driven individual and
enjoy learning and developing new technologies and processes that increases quality and through
