This document discusses five factors that influence the adoption of mobile commerce (m-commerce): perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, perceived cost, and perceived privacy. It provides definitions and explanations of each factor, describing how researchers have proposed that higher perceptions of usefulness, ease of use, trust, and privacy as well as lower perceptions of cost would positively influence consumers' adoption of m-commerce.

Job performance not a predictor of engagement (Leadership IQ whitepaper)Benjamin Crucq
The employees bringing you the least value are often more engaged than the folks who reliably deliver good and great performance. There are ample reasons why this puts organizations at risk. And one of them is the fact that high performers, who thrive on being highly engaged, don’t tend to stick around very long if they aren’t engaged.

AN EXPLORATION OF THE FACTORS AFFECTING USERS’ SATISFACTION WITH MOBILE PAYMENTSijcsit
Mobile payment allows consumers to make more flexible payments through convenient mobile devices. While mobile payment is easy and time save, the operation and security of mobile payment must ensure that the payment is fast, convenient, reliable and safety in order to increase the users’ satisfaction. Therefore, this study based on technology acceptance model to explore the impact of external variables through perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on users’ satisfaction. The data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. The results show that all hypotheses are supported. However, mobile payment is still subject to many restrictions on development and there are limited related researches. The results of this study provided insight into the factors that affect the users’ satisfaction for mobile payment. Related services development of mobile payment and future research suggestions are also offered.

At the same time we see the lifestyle of people also has changed. People depend more on smartphones in their daily life, thanks to the internet. People are also choosing to shop over the mobile phones for convenience purpose. In order to grab this opportunity the e retailers are trying to adapt themselves to m commerce via mobile applications. The success of the m commerce companies depend upon the customer’s willingness to accept the usage of technology smart phone and applications . In this paper the attempt has been made to find the perception regarding the acceptance of technology by m shoppers and to assess the factors that influences the acceptance of usage of apps for m shopping using TAM model. For this study Questionnaire was designed to find the factors influencing m shopping using apps. The questionnaire includes the variable such as Perceived usefulness, behavioural intention, Perceived ease of use, attitude, Perceived Risk, Perceived Enjoyment from TAM model. Likert scale was used to measure the variables. 102 responses from the shoppers who shop using shopping applications are used for this study. The findings of this study supports the hypothesis framed. High negative correlation is observed between perceived risk and perceived ease of use. Attitude and shopping intention has high positive correlation. From the variables under study with score ranging from 5 to 25, perceived ease of use has highest mean and perceived risk has the minimum mean. Finally, the study also finds that low internet connectivity, low quality of product, low clarity about authentication of product, return policies are the problems faced by shoppers while shopping using mobile apps. Determinants Of Customer Participation In Online Shoppinginventionjournals
This research aims to examine and explain the determinants of customer participation in online shopping. The approach of Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS software is employed in this study to analyze cross section data and prove the hypotheses proposed in the research. The sample of the study includes students of Mulawarman University who used to do online shopping. The participants were recruited through snowball technique. This study shows that only five of the nine hypotheses are supported; the other four are not supported or accept Ha and reject H0. The construct of the ability of vendor has a positive effect on trust, but not significant. Furthermore, the ability has a significant negative effect on transaction-perceived risk. The ability to influence vendor participation in online shopping has no significant effect, while experience has a significant positive effect on trust. On the other hand, experience has a significant negative effect on transaction-perceived risk. Experience has a significant positive effect on online shopping participation. Trust has a significant negative effect on transaction-perceived risk; however, it has a positive influence on online shopping participation, yet not significant. Last, perceived-transaction risk has an insignificant positive effect on online shopping participation

A Disruptive Contexts Model for Mobile Commerce SystemsCSCJournals
Mobile devices are becoming increasingly important within the on-line purchasing cycle. Thus the requirement for mobile commerce systems to become truly context-aware remains paramount if they are to be truly effective under different situations typical with mobility. This report investigates consumer physical and modal contexts and presents findings as to their relationships and potential influence upon m-commerce related behaviours. We show that through an understanding of the relationship between a user's affective state and level of purchase-decision involvement, a model of engagement can be produced. Through the introduction of the novel concept of disruptive contexts we show a significant effect upon these relationships and propose a system of engagement for the optimization of context-aware m-commerce recommender systems.

He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.
