Report to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operational Officer to help support the corporate
culture for 300+ employees in various FedEx Distribution Warehouses. Work closely with the
Operations’ team to facilitate and implement HR strategy in alignment with the organization’s business
strategy. Play a key role in successfully structuring and implementing programs and policies in the
areas of employee relations, training and development, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and
evaluations.
Responsibilities:
 Knowledge of the public-sector standards in the human resource process.
 Responsible for the compliance with Federal and State regulations within the company’s 15 states
of operation (AL, GA, MS, SC, NC, TX, OR, UT, OH, NJ, FL, CA, VA, WV, WA).
 Strong oral and written communication skills; Apply effective public relation skills through face to
face, telephone calls, emails, and letters utilizing excellent customer service skills.
 Highly knowledgeable in various job posting boards; Conduct job analyses for the essential
functions (knowledge, education, experience, physical demands, and environmental conditions)
needed to perform each job.
 Manage full lifecycle recruiting functions for all exempt and non-exempt employees for positions
available within the 15 states of operation; Interview, conduct background checks, E-verify, hire
per KSA’s, Report New-hire, drug screening, new employee orientation, exit interviews, and offer
letters.
 Proficient in Paychex platform; Setup new employees’, update, and change compensations,
deductions, and garnishments as well as process payroll.

 Responsible for Federal recruitment, assignments, and positions for personnel in conjunction with
their KSA’s.
 Supervised the in and out processing for more than 500 employees’ files electronically; ensuring
the accuracy and completion of all of documents before the closing of each file.
 Supervised various HR departments with a minimum of 20 personnel and an output of over 100
variety administrative actions daily; delegated daily work load to Junior Management per their
leadership skills.
