Exhibition is the systematic and meaningful display of
educational materials within interaction to educate large number
of people within a limited period of time and at particular place.
Exhibition are :
• self-explanatory in nature
• organized on some specific themes
• may be permanent or temporary
• scheduled to open and close on specific date and venue
PURPOSE
• To educate a large number of people within limited period of time and at a
particular place.
• To provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate independence and
responsibility for their own learning.
• To provide students with an opportunity to explore multiple perspectives.
• To provide an authentic process for assessing student understanding.
• To demonstrate how students can take action as a result of their learning.
USES
• To give students latest news on advancement in knowledge about technology
in their field of study.
• To display the models and equipment used in the field of study.
• To give certain heath messages to the target group.
• To use as student’s study assignments.
• To disseminate the results of a scientific study.
• To share results of the project work.

TECHNIQUES OF PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION
OF EXHIBITION
• Decide target group for exhibition.
• Determine the objectives considering need of the target group.
• Determine the theme of the exhibition.
• Decide methods and materials for exhibition.
• Prepare and collect necessary materials. Consider to use local materials
as well as technologies as possible

Keep brief, simple and clear captions with exhibits.
