You must train and
condition your Body to
be Healthy.

What are the best exercises?
oWalking Skipping
oCycling Playing
oSwimming Yoga
oRunning Suryanamakara
oJogging Weight Lifting
oRowing Pranayama
oSquash Breathing
oStepping Household Work
oDancing
oGardening
Most of the exercises
mentioned are safe and
inexpensive. But people who
are above 40 yrs consult
doctor before starting
exercise newly. In fact deep
breathing is the easiest and
best exercise one can
practice throughout life.
Where ever you are sitting,
standing or lying down you
can practice. Have 10 deep
breaths for every 2-3 hours
and you will feel the
difference in 1 month. Take
air slowly and fully for 4-5
seconds, hold it for 4-5
seconds and exhale
forcefully and completely for
6-7 seconds.
When&How long one has
exercise?
It is better to exercise
between 4-7 am and 6-8 pm.
Always exercise on empty
stomach one hour before
food or 3 hours after food.
Warm up for 6-8 min before
and relaxation
for 8-10 min after exercise
is very important.
Start with 10 min and
increase it by 2 min for
every 3-4 days and do any
exercise for a minimum of
20 min and a maximum of
45 min. a day
Never drink any thing 30
min before and 30 min
after exercise. Do
exercise minimum 6 days
a week for life long for
best results. If you are
sick leave for 2-3 days and
start again. Always
exercise daily on
empty stomach after
visiting toilet. Never
exercise in very cold/ very
hot place. The room must
have good ventilation. You
must sweat and dry
naturally without fan.
Warm water bath with
Neem/Mint is good
What are the benefits of
Exercise?
Exercise conditions both
body & mind, strengths
muscles, takes out
unwanted fat, toxins,
dead bacteria from the
body, improves
appetite and body
Immune mechanism,
develops resistance for
various diseases. Keep
skin healthy and help to
look young and reduce
the problems of old age.
Good exercise for 30 min
a day everyday keep the
doctor away. Studies
proved that regular
exercise improves
serotenin levels and
keeps brain active and
the
performance will be
better. Even the marital
bliss will be better.
After exercise it is better
to sit in Padmasana/
Vajrasana for 3-4 min and
do deep breathing and
relax.

  • 2. Life is to work and And Prosper, but not to Rest and Rust. Our ancient saying is “ A Sound Mind in Sound Body” You must have healthy body to lead Happy Life. You must train and condition your Body to be Healthy.

  • 4. What are the best exercises? oWalking Skipping oCycling Playing oSwimming Yoga oRunning Suryanamakara oJogging Weight Lifting oRowing Pranayama oSquash Breathing oStepping Household Work oDancing oGardening
  • 5. Most of the exercises mentioned are safe and inexpensive. But people who are above 40 yrs consult doctor before starting exercise newly. In fact deep breathing is the easiest and best exercise one can practice throughout life. Where ever you are sitting,
  • 6. standing or lying down you can practice. Have 10 deep breaths for every 2-3 hours and you will feel the difference in 1 month. Take air slowly and fully for 4-5 seconds, hold it for 4-5 seconds and exhale forcefully and completely for 6-7 seconds.
  • 7. When&How long one has exercise? It is better to exercise between 4-7 am and 6-8 pm. Always exercise on empty stomach one hour before food or 3 hours after food. Warm up for 6-8 min before and relaxation
  • 8. for 8-10 min after exercise is very important. Start with 10 min and increase it by 2 min for every 3-4 days and do any exercise for a minimum of 20 min and a maximum of 45 min. a day
  • 9. Never drink any thing 30 min before and 30 min after exercise. Do exercise minimum 6 days a week for life long for best results. If you are sick leave for 2-3 days and start again. Always exercise daily on
  • 10. empty stomach after visiting toilet. Never exercise in very cold/ very hot place. The room must have good ventilation. You must sweat and dry naturally without fan. Warm water bath with Neem/Mint is good
  • 11. What are the benefits of Exercise? Exercise conditions both body & mind, strengths muscles, takes out unwanted fat, toxins, dead bacteria from the body, improves
  • 12. appetite and body Immune mechanism, develops resistance for various diseases. Keep skin healthy and help to look young and reduce the problems of old age.
  • 13. Good exercise for 30 min a day everyday keep the doctor away. Studies proved that regular exercise improves serotenin levels and keeps brain active and the
  • 14. performance will be better. Even the marital bliss will be better. After exercise it is better to sit in Padmasana/ Vajrasana for 3-4 min and do deep breathing and relax. Good Luck
