good parental care, love & affection give a
healthy adult to the world. No gadgets up to 5
yrs under any circumstances
Food- Breast Feed the child at least for 1 yr as
per the advice of elders, docs for all round
growth, immunity. Introduce fruits, Honey in 3rd
month. Semi solid home made, hygienic food in
6th
month solid food in 10th
month. Give nuts,
dry fruits, seasonal fruits, millets, sprouts from
2nd
yr on daily basis. desi cow ghee, curd
daily. Butter milk/ barley water in summer
Health- Is very vital give Oil massage bath
daily up to 3 yrs with warm til oil + milk
cream mix massage thoroughly for 10 min
use herbal scrub no soaps having animal
fats & harmful chemicals.
Use tested kitchen remedies for the health
don’t run to Docs frequently.
Sleep-Child need 20 hrs sleep up to 6
mon, 15 hrs up to 1 yr/day sleep with the
child mother/ father/ grand parents
give secure feel to the child
Play- Let the parents, family take
responsibility in rearing, hugging, patting
the back, lullabies, swing are essential part
of child daily chores
Family-Must sacrifice their comforts, sleep,
career plans for child avoid travel unless
it is emergency. Don’t expose to extremes
of climates. Avoid AC environs as it is not
natural cooler is OK in summer
II– III Yr: Observe all growth mile stones like
walk, run, talk, observe, if there is any delay
take professional help. No gadgets up to 5 yrs
Food- Give fruits, Honey home made, hygienic

millets, sprouts daily from completion of 1st
yr
Health- Oil massage bath to the child weekly
thrice up to 5 yrs with warm til oil use herbal
scrub no soaps having animal fats & harmful
chemicals unlike soaps to maintain flowery
skin texture of the child.
Use tested kitchen remedies for the health
don’t run to Docs frequently. Deworm
quarterly, weekly for deworming give 1 cup
grated carrot + 10 gm honey + 1 pinch pepper
powder on empty stomach for 10 days
Sleep-Need 12 hrs sleep /day better sleep with
mother/ father/ grand parents give secure feel.
Story telling at night will play a vital role in
building the mental abilities Exercise- Out door
play is best. Girls skipping is best. Introduce
Yoga, Suryanamaskaaraas, Praanaayaama
for all round growth.

to school by walk or cycle up to the age of 15
yrs is best if possible for the child as that will be
total body exercise
