This document summarizes a student's wellness goal project. The student's goal was to achieve a healthy weight by eating healthier, stopping alcohol consumption, and exercising more daily. By tracking daily healthy habits and working out with a supportive cousin, the student lost 8 pounds and 5 inches from their waist over the course of the project, achieving most of their goal weight. They feel successful and more confident in their appearance as a result of completing this wellness goal.
