Everybody from birth till the
end. Infact in our culture
parents give Abhyangana daily
to children from birth to the age
of 3-4 yrs. Later twice a week till
12 yrs age later weekly once.
But taking twice/ week is ideal.

thrice/week will be a great help

3-4 glasses warm water repeat
after 20 min visit toilet. Then

oil all over body, scalp massage

morning Sun for 30 min

shampoos for hair & moong
powder/ herbal bath powder for
body. Avoid soaps at any cost.
Then dry the hair using
