China has established an EV standardization system with the Electric Vehicle Standardization Subcommittee overseeing the development of national standards. The subcommittee has developed 56 active standards covering full electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, key components, infrastructure and more. New standards are in development addressing areas like crash safety and testing procedures. Research is also being conducted to improve existing standards on safety requirements and testing methods to reflect the latest technologies and address differences between electric vehicles and conventional vehicles.

This paper presents a device to detect the vehicle's speed and recording the image. The major cause of road accident is mostly caused by human speed. The speed of a moving vehicle is determined by using calculation from a particular distance and time as an approach to estimate the vehicle speed. This system is designed to reduce the road accidents in the development of the vehicle speed detector system by using an IR sensor, Camera, 16x2 LCD, buzzer, LED and Arduino UNO. Police stations handle this system for reducing the vehicle's accidents conditions. In this system, two IR LED's transmitter and receiver sensor pairs, which are installed on the highway 27 cm apart, with the transmitter and the receiver of each pair on the same side of the road. The system displays the time taken by the vehicle in crossing the distance from one pair to the other from which the speed of the vehicle is calculated. If a vehicle exceeds the speed limit then LED is ON while the buzzing sound gives an indication to the police stations. The camera is used for recording the vehicle's images and LCD is used to display the vehicle's speed. Arduino UNO is the heart of the system, which controls all the function of the circuit. DATA DRIVEN ANALYSIS OF ENERGY MANAGEMENT IN ELECTRIC VEHICLESvivatechijri
Inevitably, there has been a concerted policy push at the national level to promote electric vehicles. In electric vehicles, the progress stands and falls with the performance of the battery. Lithium-ion batteries are considered in this research project, as they are the most crucial component in the electric vehicle power system and require accurate monitoring and control. Proper battery optimization in electric vehicles requires a meticulous energy management system. The energy management system is bound for estimating the battery state of charge, state of health, various distinct factors in the system, and subsystems in real-time. The state of charge estimation accounts for the prevention of over-charge and over-discharge of batteries and provides cell balancing. Traditional SOC estimation approaches, such as open-circuit voltage (OCV) measurement and current integration (coulomb counting), are relatively accurate in some cases. However, estimating the SOC for Li-ion chemistries requires a modified approach. This project presents the Kalman filtering algorithm for the state of charge estimation that provides precise results for a fair computational effort.
Control of Battery Charger for Electric VehiclesIJAEMSJORNAL
The increasing environmental pollution caused by fossil fuel emissions from vehicles using internal combustion engines has spurred the development of electric vehicles. The power sources for the electric vehicles to operate are often stored in different types of batteries with different charging requirements. Most batteries are charged from the grid sources through AC/DC converters for charging battery packs. An effective charging system usually consists of a rectifier and a dual-active bridge (DAB). A typical controller consists of the control of DC bus, PFC (power factor correction), constant voltage (CV), and constant current (CC) for the battery. However, most conventional chargers only regulate the voltage or current of the battery when charging. These types are mainly suitable for lead acid types and the power factor correction has not been considered. Meanwhile, new generation battery packs as lithium-ion batteries require charge of CC at first. When the battery charging voltage reaches a certain voltage threshold, then switch to the mode of CV charge. Basing on the analysis of the battery charging requirements of electric vehicles, this paper presents a battery charger control solution with capability of CC and CV control as well as high power factor. The simulation results on MATLAB/Simulink have validated the effectiveness of the presented method.

There is no way to track the articles till they are received and there is no way to let the customer know what happened in transit, once he booked some articles. In such a situation, we need a system which completely computerizes the cargo activities including time to time tracking of the articles sent. This need is fulfilled by Courier Management System software which is online software for the cargo management people that enables them to receive the goods from a source and send them to a required destination and track their status from time to time.

CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
