• A lot happens between meetings to each of us; the idea is to gain
perspective through experiences
• Spend more time discussing and debating the decisions and initiatives
of the past months
• This concept is carried forward to the presentations
• While we do learn a lot from the presentation, we learn more from
each other after, when we discuss various points the speaker has
brought out.

• The discussions are limited to business. However, this is useful to
understand the work and principles of our members. It adds context to
their ideas and experiences.
• Meeting at each member’s office and discussing the formation and
future of our companies is an important step to gaining the context.

  • 2. Purpose • Help each other evolve professionally and personally while we scale up the journey • In order to achieve this, we are committed to share our experiences and knowledge while strengthening the bond within the group members. • It is after all, A Trust Group  evolve
  • 3. Performance vs. Goals • Connect formed and experienced • It’s a continuous journey… we will keep walking! evolve
  • 4. Improvisation • A lot happens between meetings to each of us; the idea is to gain perspective through experiences • Spend more time discussing and debating the decisions and initiatives of the past months • This concept is carried forward to the presentations • While we do learn a lot from the presentation, we learn more from each other after, when we discuss various points the speaker has brought out. evolve
  • 5. Learning • The discussions are limited to business. However, this is useful to understand the work and principles of our members. It adds context to their ideas and experiences. • Meeting at each member’s office and discussing the formation and future of our companies is an important step to gaining the context. evolve
  • 6. Challenge • While meeting schedule is fixed well in advance; attendance is not 100% percent • Time spent on each topic • Branching out of topics evolve
