contract the client will pay 60% of the total cost amounting to ₱44,400.00. The remaining balance amounting to
₱29,600.00 shall be paid a week before the actual event.
• If the venue owner cancels within 8 days before the event the planner will be refunded the original fee.
• In the event of a no-show on your behalf, we will bill your company for the cancellation fee.
• If the planner cancels, he will either provide a subtitle planner or refund the full fee, minus the cost of un-
refundable deposits.
• Set-up/Staging venue area.
• Purchase order should be given the day of the event.
• Assisting in the event preparation
• Should you require any audiovisual equipment, please let me/us know as soon as possible.
• A deposit in full, valid credit card number, or completed direct bill application must be provided to the hotel one
week before the event takes place for guarantee purposes.
• The food will be served according to the agreements of the host, planner and the catering.
• Davidson Hotel and Restaurant reserves the right to inspect and control all functions. The Hotel is not responsible
for loss or damages to any samples, displays, properties, or personal effects brought into the Hotel.
• The host will not enter to any contracts in behalf of the planner without the planner’s knowledge and consent.
48. THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 1st day of January, 2021 between Mr. Nollie Boy D. Jerson,
as the Event Director of EVidENT Gurus located at Dagupan, Tabuk City Kalinga and Kalinga State
University located at Bulanao Tabuk City Kalinga represented by the University President, Dr.
Eduardo T. Bagtang referred to us as the client.

EVENT PLANNER CONTRACT
49. 2. IN CONSIDERATION OF PAYMENT
• The client will pay the Event Director Company represented by Mr. Nollie Boy D. Jerson the total amount of
₱129,120.00. Upon signing of this contract the client will pay 60% of the total cost amounting to ₱77,472.00. The
remaining balance amounting to ₱51,648.00 shall be paid a week before the actual event.
3. PROPERTY DAMAGED EQUIPMENT LOSS
• Client shall responsible for personal injury, or property damaged caused by Client, Client’s agents or guest.
4. PERSONAL ITEMS
• Client shall be responsible for all items of client’s guests/participants. Benchmark the venue or other things. The
company shall not be liable for missing, lost or stolen items.
5. DATE CHANGES
• The clients agreed that in case the date changes for the event any expenses included are responsibility of the
client.
6. CANCELATIONS
• In the cancelation of the event, all payments made to date are non-refundable.
7. TERMS/TERMINATION
• This agreement will be automatically terminated upon completion of the service required by this letter of agreement

61. To prevent the spread of the coronavirus and maximize the safety of our participants and speakers, we made this
protocol. We will continue to monitor the developments closely and if we deem this necessary, we will change our
protocols.
• 1. All employees are familiar with this protocol and have to follow the guidelines.
• 2. Participants of the seminar are obliged to wear a face mask and/or face shield in the hotel's public space.
• 3. Participants who show symptoms ( i.e. fever, colds) cannot enter or come inside the hotel for safety
precaution.
• 4. We expect our guests/participants to disinfect their hands as soon as they enter the hotel premises.
Disinfections points are available at the main entrance.
• 5. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• 5. A maximum of 5 persons are allowed in the restrooms at any given time.
• 6. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not readily available
• 7. Participants should wash their hands or sanitize their hands once an hour.
• 8. The set-up of the hall follows 1.5 meters of social distancing among the participants.
