TABLE OF CONTENTS
An event can be described as a public assembly for the purpose of
celebration, education , marketing or reunion. Events can be classified on the
basis of their size, type and context.

WHAT IS AN EVENT?
Event Management is the process of analyzing,
planning , marketing, producing and evaluating an event.
It is a different way of promoting a product, service or
idea. If an event is managed efficiently and effectively, it
can be uses as a powerful promotional tool to launch or
market a product of service. Events management
requires certain core values to be deployed to every
element, process and decision to justify professional
approach and achieve effective and efficient results.
WHAT IS AN EVENT
MANAGEMENT?
A document submitted to the client to provide a comprehensive view of the services
you will provide for a certain affair. Event proposal letters are letters that are sent by
an event organizer to his/her event participants and target event attendees.
There are two possible reasons for writing an event proposal letter and those are the
following:
1. to invite specific individuals or group individuals to attend an event at a particular
date, time, and venue; and
2. to propose to another individual an event idea with the corresponding reasons for
such even proposal (its purpose or goal). This type of event proposal letter must also
include a few suggestions as to the persons who must attend it, the location of the
event, and the specific date and time when it will take place.You may also see event
sponsorship letters
WHAT IS AN EVENT PROPOSAL?
1. Make a list of the persons you want to invite to your event. You may also see
training proposal letters.
2. Make a list of the necessary information that you need to impart in your event
proposal letter. This should include things like the following: purpose of the
event, location, theme, date and time, things to bring, and
what is expected of the participants (this is especially applicable if the event is a
seminar or training that requires the event attendees to participate in the activities
or in the discussions).You may also see catering proposal letters.
3. Start your letter with the standard heading. (There should be two blocks for the
heading: one for the information of the sender and one for the recipient.)
4. Greet your letter-recipient formally. No matter how informal the event is or if
you are close with the event attendee/letter-recipient, you still need to observe
proper rules in sending event proposal letters by using appropriate titles such as
Ms., Mr., Mrs., Atty., Dr., etc. You may also see lease proposal letters

5. Make things easier for your letter-recipient by stating right away the purpose
for the letter.
6. Give them the necessary information pertaining to the date, time, and
location of the event. You can also include the dress code here. You may also
see sponsorship proposal letters
7. Close your letter formally.

Dear Mr. Reyes and Ms. Santos:
Greetings!
We hereby submit a letter of intent to propose for your Wedding Event with
all our willingness to provide you’re memorable and unforgettable wedding
celebration. We visualize that the principal terms of he proposed transactions
would be substantially as follows.
LETTER OF INENT
We prepare a complete packages that would suit to your wants and needs. Furthermore, we
would propose all the necessary decorations , venue, food, host and other materials to
complete the celebration. This letter is not an official contract of agreement . All of the
terms and conditions of the proposed transaction would be stated in the contract
agreement , to be negotiated, agreed and executed by both parties.
If we are selected as a prospective host, we anticipate that from the selection date to the
closing will take no more than 30 days

We have twelve(12) years experience coordinating weddings and providing memorable,
stress-free events . Should you decide to contact us, will make sure that you are able to take
part in all fun decisions regarding your wedding without having to worry about the often
stressful particulars. From the moment you become our client, we look out for your best
interests, from contracting out for better prices to making sure every last detail comes
together when it is supposed to.
You mentioned that your wedding, will take place next June and that you may not be
interested in an outdoor wedding. We are able to help during that time period, but June is
typically very busy months and the weekends book quickly. We encourage you to place a
deposit soon so that may we set aside a date for you, reserve you’re your location and begin
planning.

and a groundbreaking dynamic to foster co-creation and

2. Provide a holistic approach: When designing a creative event
concept, you should consider the entire attendee journey map,
starting with getting the invitation or registering for the event.
How will future attendees react when they access the event
website? Will they get excited and want to attend? How
spectacular will their first impression of the venue be? How
easy was the check-in procedure? What are those extra-value
add-ons that will make their experience memorable?

3. Develop the theme of your event: Small theme elements can
make a big difference - they will definitely help you stand out
from the crowd and be different. So when designing your creative
event concept, ask yourself what’s the main story you want to tell
and how do you want to make your attendees feel.
4. Make the stage construction more appealing and engaging:
Where is an attendee’s attention usually directed throughout the
entire event (apart from his or her phone)? The stage.
At least, that’s where your speakers will be sharing their
knowledge and insights, thus all eyes will be on them. Instead of
going with the usual (and kind of boring) stage, you could get
creative and try new formats.

5. Generate fully immersive attendee experiences
There’s nothing more meaningful and valuable than getting your guests into
the flow state. This moment, as explained by psychologists, represents a fully
immersive experience when people are so engaged in one activity and enjoying
it so much, that they can’t feel the passing of time. One thing that most
people enjoy is playing games.
So if you want to achieve extraordinary results in terms of co-creation and
fun at events, include some games in your creative event concept.
They’ll serve as means for interaction, attendee engagement, and group work.
This will get people to deepen their subject knowledge and have better
conversations while immersed in a fun activity.

  • 4. Event Management is the process of analyzing, planning , marketing, producing and evaluating an event. It is a different way of promoting a product, service or idea. If an event is managed efficiently and effectively, it can be uses as a powerful promotional tool to launch or market a product of service. Events management requires certain core values to be deployed to every element, process and decision to justify professional approach and achieve effective and efficient results. WHAT IS AN EVENT MANAGEMENT?

Event proposal letters are letters that are sent by an event organizer to his/her event participants and target event attendees. There are two possible reasons for writing an event proposal letter and those are the following: 1. to invite specific individuals or group individuals to attend an event at a particular date, time, and venue; and 2. to propose to another individual an event idea with the corresponding reasons for such even proposal (its purpose or goal). This type of event proposal letter must also include a few suggestions as to the persons who must attend it, the location of the event, and the specific date and time when it will take place.You may also see event sponsorship letters WHAT IS AN EVENT PROPOSAL?
  • 6. 1. Make a list of the persons you want to invite to your event. You may also see training proposal letters. 2. Make a list of the necessary information that you need to impart in your event proposal letter. This should include things like the following: purpose of the event, location, theme, date and time, things to bring, and what is expected of the participants (this is especially applicable if the event is a seminar or training that requires the event attendees to participate in the activities or in the discussions).You may also see catering proposal letters. 3. Start your letter with the standard heading. (There should be two blocks for the heading: one for the information of the sender and one for the recipient.) 4. Greet your letter-recipient formally.
