Charlie Newton considers two publishing companies, IPC Media and Bauer Media, that could publish his music magazine. IPC Media publishes magazines similar to his concept like NME and Uncut that target young men and women. While Bauer Media also publishes the music magazine Q, IPC Media focuses more on magazines rather than radio like Bauer Media and would be a better fit.

2.  I think that the publishing company ‘IPC media’ would publish my
magazine as they also publish the NME magazine. They also publish
lots of other magazines aimed at young men and women such as
Teen Now, Nuts and Uncut. Uncut is another music magazine that is
made by IPC media however on the IPC media website it talks about
Uncut magazines aspirations and its target audience.

your media product and why?

3.  However Bauer media is another company that could publish
my magazine. I feel this because it publishes the music
magazine, Q which again aims its magazine at a similar
audience than the NME, I would rather choose IPC however
as Bauer media focuses mainly on Radio where as IPC
focuses more on magazines.
