2. What have you learnt about technologies
from the process of constructing this
product?
My use of Photoshop has developed as I can now use features
on the software that I couldn’t before, For example changing
the contrast. I have learned that using Photoshop to make my
magazine can increase the quality of the image and also save
myself a lot of time as I didn’t have to write out my text on
paper and put my pictures in a dark room, etc. Unlike how
producers of music magazines would have to do in previous
years before computers. I have learnt from this the difference
between magazine making of 20 years ago compared to now.
The use of Photoshop has made my work easier and has
enabled me to be more creative in making my product.
3. What have you learnt about technologies
from the process of constructing this
product?
In my previous blogs I have used software that is new to me such as
Google Drive to create my questionnaire and Voki to create some
responses in my blog posts. Again I have learned that software's such
as Voki & Photoshop make my job easier as I didn’t have to write out my
questionnaire formally & didn’t have to make my blog posts through all
text and instead allowed a voiceover to tell my audience about my blog
post. They again have allowed me to be more creative and allowed me
to reach a larger audience as anyone can use or interact with a Voki as
you only have to listen to a voice.
4. What have you learnt about
technologies from the process of
constructing this product?
The use of this online media has allowed me to see that
digital media can reach wide audiences as it the
software's can be used on any computer or any apple
Product. This therefore makes this highly accessible to
anyone. It also has showed me the efficiency as software
such as these can allow magazines such the NME to
conduct their product in a shorter time than they used
too.
