We can minimize the carbon footprint but we can also have a carbon handprint, a positive impact on the climate. Quality characteristics can be added with sustainability, and then measured continuously. Test environments can be used less, and in smaller scale and on demand. Test techniques can be used in optimizing or minimizing number of tests. Test automation can be used to speed up testing.

- 1. By Georgia St. Louis WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN FINAL CUT AND IMOVIE?
- 2. I-Movie… Had a very basic timeline with an easy way of moving and cutting pictures to the exact point. It was quite hard to duck the music in and out when needed as you had to know the exact timing to be able to do it. Music was easy to place on the timeline where it was wanted and it could be moved quickly and sufficiently. There was not a large variety of transitions and it lacked consistency when placed with different scenes. In i-movie you also don’t have to keep rendering sections that you edit and if you do it doesn’t tell you that you need to it just keeps playing the old version of the scene. In addition, i-movie saves the movie itself without manually doing so.
- 3. Final Cut… There is more of a variety of transitions such as defocus when blurring certain scenes are needed, it also gives the movie a good consistency. It’s easier to duck the music cat certain points in the music as you can just use the pen to point out the parts you want to fade out. There is a volume meter with a orange line that you can’t go over consistently, it has to be at different points. The timeline is more complicated and rendering is needed when something is edited. In final cut you need to save everything that has been produced manually. It has a harder way of cutting scenes but it does do it accurately and precisely.
