Commitment (UC) scheduling of the thermal generation units in Yangon. Electricity demands are
in its peak in Yangon, it has become very difficult for operators to fulfill the demand in the present.
The main objective of Unit Commitment is to determine a minimum cost turn on and turn off
schedule of a set of electrical power generating units to meet a load demand while satisfying a set of
operational constraints. The total production costs include fuel, startup, shutdown, and no load
costs. There are many conventional and evolutionary programming methods used for solving the
unit commitment problem. Dynamic programming method is one of the successful approaches to
unit commitment problem. Dynamic Programming has many advantages over the enumeration
scheme, the chief advantage being a reduction in the dimensionality of the problem. It is one of the
refined algorithm design standards and is powerful tool which yields definitive algorithm for

Juvenile Justice
Juvenile justice has traditionally followed a punitive model when faced with young transgressors.
Most juvenile justice departments have then also followed this model, creating a system that is in
effect not only separate from the community, but also from the family unit. Many juvenile
offenders are then physically removed both from their communities and their families to be
incarcerated into punitive institutions. According to the Balanced and Restorative Justice model,
however, accountability is best encouraged with the direct involvement of both the community and
the family unit (U.S. Dept. of Justice). This is also the case with young John Black, whose offense
was possession of a fire arm, although this did not lead to any actual harm to others. He is therefore
an excellent candidate for family and community based programs, helping him to learn
accountability and find his place in society in an effective and productive way. Probation in juvenile
justice has a very specific role. The first important thing to keep in mind is the underlying reasons
for crimes committed by youth and the importance of distinguishing this from the reasons why
adults would engage in criminal activity (King County, 2012). As such, the Juvenile Probation

more than that. To me, a writer is someone who writes for fun. Which could also be done

At one time in my life, the answer would have been yes. I loved writing growing up. I kept a

Among the many differing cases of wrongfully convicted Canadians, the case of Guy Paul Morin
is very interesting. There were many issues that caused an innocent man from Queensville, Ontario
to be convicted of the murder of Christine Jessop. We re going to look at how the police failed to
conduct a thorough investigation, how the court system failed, and how cases like this can be
preventing in the future. Christine Jessopwas a nine year old girl who after bring dropped off by
the school bus at her home in Queensville decided to ride her bike to the park nearby to meet
with her friends. After stopping to buy some gum at the local store she was last seen walking
her bike up her driveway by her friend Kim Warren. She did not keep her appointment with her
friend at the park, and would never be seen alive again (Anderson Anderson, 2009). This small
town instantly became involved in the search for the missing girl, but with very little evidence
to go on time passed, and hope began to diminish for the safe return home of Jessop. On New
Year s Eve 1984, eighty nine days after Jessop went missing, her body was found badly
decomposed in a bush by Fred Patterson fifty five kilometers from Queensville. An autopsy
would later revival that she was raped and mutilated (Anderson Anderson, 2009). The police still

William Shakespeare s Hamlet has been portrayed several times during the past centuries but what
distinguishes each piece of work is how the directors approached the play. Hamlet without doubt is
a troubled man overcome with the death of his father and the discovery that us uncle now step

portrayals of the famous closet scene demonstrates two extremes of Hamlets relationship with his
mother Gertrude.
Branagh s version of the closet scene uses bright pastel colours such as blue, pink and red to show
happiness and innocence. The use of light blue hints the youth of a child as it is often associated
with the birth of boys in today s society. The only exception is Hamlet, as he is dressed all in black.
His black clothing is not only used as a way to signify Hamlet s mourning of his father but also
as a way to represent how Hamlet himself is corrupt. This contrasts with Gertrude s appearance
who is dressed neatly in golden. Gold which symbolizes wealth and power is used to describe
Gertrude s position of power in the kingdom. Additionally, the golden dress represents purity and
demonstrates how Gertrude is oblivious to the corruption taking place in her kingdom.
On the other hand, Doran s version uses much darker tones such as dark blues, silvers and golds.

The Nature Of The Poetry Of Percy Shelley s Mutability
Shelley Percy is one of the most highly regarded Romantic poets of the 19th century. Many of
Shelley s poem tell about the nature of the human condition. In many of his poems Shelley use
elements of nature (seashells, the wind, the ocean, etc.) to discuss truths about the human condition.
Percy Shelley examines the one consistent characteristic of being human in his poem Mutability . In
his poem Mutability Shelley shows the fragility and unpredictability of the human condition.
The poem opens with the speaker comparing humans to clouds that veil the midnight moon (Line
1). The clouds move radiantly across the sky and cover the light of the moon. The words speed ,
gleam , quiver and streaking personify the cloud image. Shelley describes the cloud s actions as
a metaphor for human actions, How restlessly they speed, and gleam, and quiver, / streaking the
darkness radiantly! (Lines 2 3). He believes that humans go through life with speed, not taking
time to rest; like clouds at night, we do not last forever. Shelley s use of the word of veil instead
of covers creates a sense of purposefully hidden light. In lines three to four of the poem the
wondrous sight is eventually extinguished by the darkness, yet soon/ Night closes round, and they
are lost forever. By using this image of the night Shelley shows the cycle of change and
demonstrates human morality. The speaker is pointing out that humans have short lives on Earth
and regardless of how radiantly we may shine, we are like clouds at night that are overshadowed.
In the second stanza Shelley describes the frailty of human existence. In lines five through nine
humans are describes as forgotten lyres, whose dissonant strings/ Give various response to each
varying blast,/ To whose frail frame no second motion brings/ One mood or modulation like the
last. Shelley uses this as a metaphor that expands on the concept of human morality. In this stanza

Originally premiering in 1996, Bradford Alhambra, England; the dance adaptation of Bram Stoker s
gothic novel, Dracula is divided into three acts, each focusing on a different victim of Count Dracula
(Domenico Luciano). Dracula tells the story of Jonathan Harker (Yosvani Ramos), who travels to
Transylvania to settle a transaction with a nobleman, Count Dracula, over the purchase of property
in England. As demonstrated in the first act, Harker s visit to Transylvania haunts him with
recurring nightmares as he awakes in the sanatorium in shear terror wrapped in his wife s arms.
In the second act, the audience is introduced to Lucy (Chandra Kuykendall), a friend of Harker s
wife Mina, who is so effortlessly seduced by Dracula at a Tea Dance in the Grand Hotel.
