from each other. However, both institutes, differ due to the differences in their nature.
Clinic is health center consulting private room beginning with a physician. A hospital
is place where the sick and injured are taken for treatment. The doctors and nurses are
readily available there for attending on their patients. They are employed by the
hospitals to nurse the sick back to health.

question I will tell you how i would define success using John Wooden s Pyramid of

Diverticulitis
Diverticular disease has two separate manifestations. The subtle signs and symptoms
of diverticulosis are important to understand because many people who have this
problem are asymptomatic, but often this diverticular disease can lead to a more
serious condition known as diverticulitis. In diverticulosis, there are diverticula
present, but they do not cause any symptoms. In diverticulitis, which will be
discussed in detail, the diverticula are inflamed which can lead to other serious
consequences for the patient (Gramse, 1983). Diverticulitis is a bugling protrusion of
a mucous membrane through the wall of the colon(Marrs, 2006). These saclike or
pouch protrusions have the potential to cause inflammation, obstruction, infection, and

while the remaining five percent develop diverticulitis. The symptoms of
diverticulosis are often hard to differentiate and determine because they are often

progressed to diverticulitis. This inflammation occurs from the large number of
bacteria that target the areas of weakened gastrointestinal wall and combine with

while others do not. There are some theories surrounding this issue that states the
inflammation occurs only when the erosion of the colon wall is so bad that the body
s immune system is unable to protect such a large, disrupted area. In some cases, the
inflammation gets so bad and infection co exists. This combination can result in the
enlargement of the infection, allowing it to extend into the abdomen and become
peritonitis when it infects the lining of the abdomen (Unknown, 2010). Diverticulitis
is often classified as either uncomplicated and mild or complicated and chronic.
Regardless of the classification of the disease, pain is the main symptom. Since

Feudalism is a relationship between a lord and his vassals to provide service and

system in medieval Europe, because it provided the vassals with security by their

Benefits Of Small Town Living
Growing up in a very little town in Illinois was a lot different than growing up in
Houston, Texas. When I was in the fourth grade I found many things to have
changed about my surroundings, I currently lived in a place where, the people
thought and acted differently. I know now reading about it and understanding
more that some of those changes were for the good and some were not. Small
town living has its advantages such as, very close friendships, close approximately
to may things, and friendly people. Looking back, I also realized that there were a
lot of disadvantages such as lack of transportation, affects of a poor education, no
opportunities for growth, crime, no diversity, and low paying jobs and housing.
Now that I am older, and aware of the affects of living in a small town, I can see
how these many things affected my life and will continue affect it in the future. I
grew up, the majority of my live, in a town in central Illinois, Kincaid, or better
known as South Fork because of the co op with the schools around us in sports. This
town is approximately 20 miles southeast of Springfield, and is only seven miles west
from the nearest town, with many opportunities that my town did not offer (Citydata).
With a total population of 1,495, including the town of Tovey about a mile away, as
of July 1, 2015 Kincaid is ranked as number 587 of 1,367 as being a small town in

teachers actions and provides a framework for thinking about educational issues.
(Kauchak and Eggen, 197) Teachers use philosophy everyday in their classrooms.
From the time the first student enters their room until the last student walks out,
philosophy is affecting the way the teacher runs his/her classroom and how they

Lectures, questioning, practice and feedback are some of the teaching methods I
would use in my classroom. These follow the Essentialism philosophy. I believe that
consistence in a classroom is crucial but also you have to mix things up in order to
keep the students attention and keep them interested in the curriculum. On the other
hand, learning should not be all fun and games. Students will never take learning
seriously if there is not seriousness implanted in their learning experience. It is my
opinion classroom learning environments should be highly structured with strong
focuses on academic work as well as essential knowledge and skills. As I stated
before, a child should have just as much academic knowledge as they do knowledge
of how the world works around them. This follows both Essentialism as well as
Perennialism. Perennialism is an educational philosophy suggesting that nature is

Lastly, I feel that teachers should offer frequent objective and performance
assessments and feedback to their students. Students should be periodically assessed

Tuesday s Lecture Analysis
This week s seminar started with the disappointment about the Tuesday s lecture with
Faith Austin being cancelled. We commented and discussed about it with Daisy, that
informed us about Austin being ill. After numerous propositions from my colleagues
to have the lecture at the end of the term, the teacher claimed that she will do her best
so we can manage to have the lecture about Production and Stage management. After
that, together as a whole group we talked about the recent news, including Bristol
funding cuts for arts increasing, The Faction and their website (following Mark
Leipacher s lecture from 31/01/2017). In addition, we talked about the different ways
to stay informed and be aware of the latest theatrenews, following websites like...
The topic was playwrights, and Daisy asked us our favourite playwright. They were
all varied, from Sophocles, to Lorca or Sarah Kane. What I learned about Sophocles
from the lecture was the amount of plays he wrote (around 120), and that only 7
remain complete: Electra, Oedipus Rex, Ajax, Antigone, Philoctetes, The women of
Trachis and Oedipus at Colonus, that was very interesting unknown information
that I received. In addition, another interesting fact that I learned was that
Sophocles introduced the third actor and the concept of Skenographia (scenery
painting). Another playwright mentioned was Tom Stoppard with plays like
Arcadia or R and G are dead, crucial to make himself known. Federico Garcia Lorca
was also mentioned, a Spanish playwright and poet that I already knew, but
interesting to hear that other people from the seminar class share the love for him.
Willy Russell with Blood Brothers, was another playwright named, it was the first
time to hear it. In addition, it was the first time to hear about Arthur Miller, with
plays like The Crucible, The Death of a Salesman or Tragic Hero. Samuel Becket
was definitely a well known name, and we talked about how different is Waiting for

The Chemical Structure Of Pregabalin
Introduction Pregabalin, trade name Lyrica, approved for its anticonvulsant
properties and to relieve pain in those who suffer from diabetic neuropathy. The
chemical structure of pregabalin is structurally analogous to Оі aminobutyric acid
(GABA), an inhibitory neurotransmitter found in the central nervous system and
functions by binding to О±2Оґ voltage gated calcium ion channel in presynaptic,
inhibiting the release of neurotransmitters, most notably GABA. By decreasing the
amount of the inhibitory neurotransmitterGABA in synaptic terminals, epileptic
seizures can be controlled and prevented.1
Each drug displays its own properties when introduced to the body and all traits
must be evaluated to observe effectiveness and side effects that may occur.
Pregabalin, although structurally and functionally similar to gabapentin (trade name
Neurontin), has been shown to be more potent and exhibits linear kinetic properties,
unlike gabapentin. Some factors that contribute to its success are that it has a
bioavailability of 90%, 98% is excreted in urine unchanged, thus no or few side
reactions occur, and it is able to pass through the blood brain barrier. Beneficial
effects of taking pregabalin can be observed in as little as 2 days of administration,
unlike most other central nervous system drugs, which typically take effect.1
Pregabalin is prescribed to treat conditions such as epilepsy and diabetic neuropathy.

imprisonment of Rubin Hurricane Carter. It arranges alleged acts of racism and
profiling against Carter. Bob Dylan describes as leading to a false trial and
conviction. Rubin Carter and John Artis were charged with a triple murder at the
Lafayette Grill in Paterson, New Jerseyin 1966. The next year Carter and Artis were
