germination, as well as the dependant variable, which is the number of seeds that

include factors affecting seed germination such as constant temperatures where each

The decrease in the relative growth rate of Zea Mays in this study due to kerosene
oil treatment of soil shows that the oil interrupted the growth of the plant. According
to Kathirvelan and Kalaiselvan (2007) the leaf surface area determines in large part
the amount of carbon gained through photosynthesis and the amount of water lost
through transpiration and ultimately the crop yield. Reduction in the leaf and plant
height as was observed in this study implies that there would be low photosynthetic
efficiency of the plant as much of the solar energy emitted by the sun would not be
absorbed by plant for photosynthesis. This definitely leads to low yield of the plant
with subsequent low availability of food and poor economy due to low sales of such
plant s products. Since the relative growth rate measures the efficiency of seedling
(Brand, 1991), the reduction in the relative growth rate of Zea mays reported in this
study imply that kerosene oil reduces the efficiency of the plant.
This study also shows that Zea mays did better in the polluted soil left for six months
than in the polluted soil left for three months and than the soil polluted and
immediately planted on. This confirms that with time, natural biodegradation occur
and the kerosene polluted environment has ability to purify itself, if and only if the
source of pollutant is not intermittent.

Neal Hurtson that she, being a black woman during the black liberation movement
in the 1910 s, should be writing about black people being set free and how they are

issues of the women being suppressed and not allowed to be free. This idea itself
mirrors that of freeing black people, but yet authors of the time were not able to see

Eyes Were Watching God, was such an uninspiring novel. An artificial reading of
the novel shows the reader a few small points that came make people mad. Janie
the main character lives a sheltered life. Her grandmother, an ex slave, shelters her
from such a world, and she is brought up in a rich environment. All the black people
that she do see are fairly well off. She marries her first husband, Logan, who is not
financially stable and she has to do labor, so she leaves him. Her next husband,
Jody brings her to an all black city, Eatonville. The city mirrors that of a white city.
Jody makes all the rules in the town and soon it becomes prosperous and grows

Abstract :A new CMOS clocked dynamic comparator using two input single output
differential amplifier as latch stage suitable for high speed analog to digital
converters with the performance of high speed, low power dissipation and low
immune to noise. The conventional dynamic comparator requires more power and
has more delay. A conventional double tail dynamic comparator consumes less
power and works at high speed than its predecessor, the conventional comparator.
There is very much need to reduce the delay and power consumption which is
possible by strengthening the positive feedback during the regeneration. This can be
achieved by adding few transistors to the double tail dynamic comparator. Using the
inverter based differential amplifier to design a novel double tail comparator for
reducing the no of transistors and better characteristics. The performance of this
method is to be analyzed with the existing two designs at different power voltages
and frequencies using 0.18Ојm CMOS Technology.
