This document discusses enhancing the performance of PV cell systems through cooling. It describes designing a setup that uses water as a cooling medium below the PV panel to control overheating. As the water flows below the heated panel, it absorbs heat, thereby maintaining the panel's temperature for optimal efficiency. This cooling phenomenon reduces the panel's surface heat. The heated water is then collected and can be used for domestic applications, helping to cool the panel and utilize excess heat. Experimental results showed that without cooling, efficiency decreased with temperature, but the proposed water-based cooling method helped improve and maintain the performance rate.
