Abstract
This research is concerned with behavior and personality of students because the students
behave in a classroom effect too much and students behave also effect strongly on the
learning of students. when I observed in class 5 at Pc (Urdu) School attached with
G.E.C.E (W) Hyderabad, their behaviors of the students was not good and also faced that
the students need the development in their attitudes and behaviors as well that there should
be work on different communication skills through activities in their classroom because the
behavior is a part of the personality and effect on students learning as well as 1
achievement.

1.Background Of The Study
The background of the study is to enhance good Behavior and personality of students
because the students behave in a classroom effect too much any students behave also effect
is strongly on the learning of students windows action research I observe and work on the
Behavior of a student today in the classroom the teacher face the problem mostly in the
Behavior of the students writing problem must be resolved so I conduct the research on this
topic
1.1 Problem Statement
During practicing school I faced the difficulties to involve the classroom and to apply the
ideas in the classroom I observed that the students did not pay attention the Behavior of the
student is not so good sometimes they are trying to disturb the students making noise even
they don't know about the Manner of communication with their elders they are not so good
in speaking in classroom that’s why I decided to do research on it and resolve the problem
this will help to enhance the good Behavior of the students and grow up their personalities
during their learning
1.2 Objective Of The Research
• To evaluate the good Behavior in students and make the classroom environment
effective
• To Develop the effective communication an make their good personalities

This research is important because Behavior of the students directly effect on their learning
and also effect on the environment of the students and personality of the students should
also the good because the personality show the education and effect on their carrier

3. Researchmethodology
I use the reinforcement and I used to analyze the students’ performance because it is
qualitative research I use a deductive method in research and I also use the cooperative
learning method and teamwork to enhance the good behavior in the students I also used
work on the NPST #3 to make the personality good

Qualitative research is used to understand how people experience the world.

I used deductive approach deductive means reasoning from the particular to the general.

The research is conducted in PC Urdu school attached with G.E.C.E (W) Hyderabad grade
5, worked on the enhancement of good behavior Of the students and develop their
personalities I use different strategies and techniques to make the good Behavior of the
students

Select and students for the action research data collection I collected the data with

I select the 5 student of Grade 5 at Pc Urdu School attached with G.E.C.E (W) Hyderabad
my research in the classroom and work on them to enhancement of the behavior and make
their personality good

I choose the systematic sampling for my research

I targeted the five students in the classroom to enhance the good Behavior of the students
and develop their personalities

I connect the meeting with my supervisor discuss my topic and she suggest me some
strategies about to enhance the good Behavior and personality of the students

4.5 Action 3 Activities

I teach the students and apply the activities in the classroom for the enhancement of good
Behavior of the student I use the strategies and techniques to find out the ways to enhance
the students personality and their good behaviors and after this I observed that the learning
of the students is enhanced
• If the students pay more attention so their learning will be more effective
• If the teacher use the NPST in teaching so their students understand the topic easily
• If the teacher uses Islamic examples so it will help to develop the students learning
and their behaviors.
5. Discussion
Literature review is the base of the thesis built toThe research is on the better enhancement
to the best personality and the personality always make a good Behavior so the student
good personality made the teacher the teacher classroom makes the teacher the teacher is a
best supporter andmake loyal students because when their students behave is not good it
effects on teacher’s Behavior also effect it is strongly only learning of the students new
discussion an enhanced the good Behavior is in personality of student is effect the students
learning so the classroom Behavior must be consistent with teachers demand an
Academy expectations and must promote their learning and socialization with the pair’s
student also engaged the good Behavior that support their learning so the good classroom
management system recognized the close relationship between positive Behavior and
personality it is effective instructions for enhance their good Behavior in personality of
students

5.1 Recommendations
Enhance the good Behavior of their students and their personality Have their students to
live with good personality in their society And help them to be a good citizen of the society
Using different techniques and strategies to develop the personality and their good
Behaviors example brainstorming pair work operative learning group work think paiar
share BTC the Behavior of the students will be good with the cooperative learning and the
collaboration of the students with their classmates and it will also help them too increase
their personality during learning

  • 5. v Abstract This research is concerned with behavior and personality of students because the students behave in a classroom effect too much and students behave also effect strongly on the learning of students. when I observed in class 5 at Pc (Urdu) School attached with G.E.C.E (W) Hyderabad, their behaviors of the students was not good and also faced that the students need the development in their attitudes and behaviors as well that there should be work on different communication skills through activities in their classroom because the behavior is a part of the personality and effect on students learning as well as 1 achievement. Researchmethodology I use the reinforcement and I used to analyze the students’ performance because it is qualitative research I use a deductive method in research and I also use the cooperative learning method and teamwork to enhance the good behavior in the students I also used work on the NPST #3 to make the personality good 3.1 Qualitative Method Qualitative research is used to understand how people experience the world. 3.2 ResearchApproach I used deductive approach deductive means reasoning from the particular to the general. 3.3 ResearchDesign The research is conducted in PC Urdu school attached with G.E.C.E (W) Hyderabad grade 5, worked on the enhancement of good behavior Of the students and develop their personalities I use different strategies and techniques to make the good Behavior of the students

Discussion Literature review is the base of the thesis built toThe research is on the better enhancement to the best personality and the personality always make a good Behavior so the student good personality made the teacher the teacher classroom makes the teacher the teacher is a best supporter andmake loyal students because when their students behave is not good it effects on teacher’s Behavior also effect it is strongly only learning of the students new discussion an enhanced the good Behavior is in personality of student is effect the students learning so the classroom Behavior must be consistent with teachers demand an Academy expectations and must promote their learning and socialization with the pair’s student also engaged the good Behavior that support their learning so the good classroom management system recognized the close relationship between positive Behavior and personality it is effective instructions for enhance their good Behavior in personality of students
