This document proposes an organizational model to improve the employability of Indian graduates. It notes that only about half of the 5 million graduates produced annually in India are employable. The causes of unemployability include a lack of language, technical, cognitive, analytical and soft skills. The proposed solution is to set up an organization that works with colleges to conduct a 6-week course during students' second last year focusing on communication, aptitude, logical reasoning, decision making and personality development. The course would include guest lectures, online support and cost INR 3,000 per student.
