Quality Improvement in Inclusive Education for Teacher Educationijtsrd
Inclusive elite is the need of an hour that can be made possible only when there is total encompassment in education. Now inclusive education is the most executable plan of getting across of education to each. The meaning of inclusion has emerged as a result of Social justice movement in the field of disability which emphasizes that the school create an environment in which children with special needs are seen as an active member of the social continuity with competence and capability for making positive contribution Inclusive education as a concept is notion that requires school to react to the varying abilities of children. Inclusive education is a human right approach and the philosophy for attaining equity, justice and quality education for all children, especially those who have been traditionally excluded from mainstream education due to disability, ethnicity, gender or other characteristics, it is a human right approach, UNESCO has defined that it is a process of addressing and responding to the diverse needs of all scholars by raising participation in learning and reducing expulsion in and from education. In this context of education, the restructuring of school on inclusive lines is a reflection of the Social model in action. Pakistan and Global Standards of Education.pptxDrHafizKosar
Pakistan is striving to meet global standards in education, aiming to enhance competitiveness, quality, and relevance. However, the country faces numerous challenges, including the quality of education, access to education, infrastructure, teacher training, standardized assessment, curriculum reform, equity and inclusivity, public investment in education, private sector engagement, and political will and governance.
One of the primary challenges is the outdated curriculum, which lacks real-world relevance and is outdated. Access to education remains a significant issue, particularly among rural and marginalized groups. Many schools lack basic infrastructure and facilities, affecting the learning environment. Teacher training and capacity building are crucial for enhancing the skills and capabilities of educators. Standardized assessment methods are essential for evaluating the effectiveness of the education system and pinpointing areas for improvement. Curriculum reform should incorporate critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical skills development components.
Equity and inclusivity are also crucial for meeting global standards. Public investment in education is vital for enhancing infrastructure, teacher training, curriculum development, and other aspects of the education system. Private sector engagement can complement government efforts in enhancing education quality and access.
Pakistan has made strides in improving education standards through initiatives like the Right to Education Act and collaboration with governmental and non-governmental organizations. Key areas of focus include curriculum development, teacher training, assessment and evaluation, infrastructure development, technology integration, assessment and accountability, parental and community engagement, lifelong learning, and research and innovation.
The future of global education in Pakistan will depend on factors such as government policies, investment in infrastructure and technology, socioeconomic development, and efforts to promote quality and inclusivity in education. By addressing these challenges and leveraging global insights, Pakistan can work towards building a more robust and equitable education system.
Curriculum Management as Strengthening Pancasila Students ProfilesAJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: The independent curriculum as a revolutionary curriculum in Indonesia has many
implementations, one of which is strengthening the Pancasila student profile project. Globalization and
industrial revolution 4.0 have encouraged the government to instill students' morals with Pancasila values.
Curriculum management as a basis for implementing a program is very much needed. In fact, not all educational
units understand and interpret this profile project correctly. Therefore, researchers conducted research to analyze
curriculum management related to planning, implementing, and evaluating of strengthening the Pancasila
student profile project at State JHS 1 Getasan. The research method used is qualitative research, where
interviews, observations and documentation are carried out to strengthen the findings. The results of this
research illustrate that curriculum management is meaningful for the sustainability of profile projects. Planning,
implementation, evaluation and follow-up need to be improved in the areas of collaboration, communication,
and additional references. Therefore, it is hoped that this research can become an illustration and reference for
improving curriculum management to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students.

The case study discusses the potential of drone delivery and the challenges that need to be addressed before it becomes widespread.
Key takeaways:
Drone delivery is in its early stages: Amazon's trial in the UK demonstrates the potential for faster deliveries, but it's still limited by regulations and technology.
Regulations are a major hurdle: Safety concerns around drone collisions with airplanes and people have led to restrictions on flight height and location.
Other challenges exist: Who will use drone delivery the most? Is it cost-effective compared to traditional delivery trucks?
Discussion questions:
Managerial challenges: Integrating drones requires planning for new infrastructure, training staff, and navigating regulations. There are also marketing and recruitment considerations specific to this technology.
External forces vary by country: Regulations, consumer acceptance, and infrastructure all differ between countries.
Demographics matter: Younger generations might be more receptive to drone delivery, while older populations might have concerns.
Stakeholders for Amazon: Customers, regulators, aviation authorities, and competitors are all stakeholders. Regulators likely hold the greatest influence as they determine the feasibility of drone delivery.
