is an evaluation study of KGBV infrastructure facilities. The school infra structure facilities like school building,
water facilities, sanitation, food, medical, vocational facilities were evaluated with checklist and results were
discussed.

This paper investigates the main problems of the students at primary education level in rural area of
Tehsil: Ferozwala, District: Sheikhupura. “Education for all” is a global slogan of ‘TheGovernment of
Pakistan’ andis committed to achieve it. However in Pakistan one third population of the total is living in
the rural areas and among those very rare ration have knowledge about its importance. The present study
was conducted in rural area of Tehsile: Ferozwala, District: Sheikhupura-Pakistan. In this Tehsile, there
are 21 Union Councils, in which 06 urban and 15 rural. The total strength of the Primary Schools in the
area of rural is463 for the year of 2015and the total strength of the students are18957.Only 100 students
are interviewed, among those 50 are male &50 are female.The results founded that there are a lot of
reasons, who create hurdles to get education. In this regard mostly students are deprived from getting the
basic education.Finally, suggestions are given at the end of paper.

Mrs. Shehzad’s doorbell rang, and she came out to open the door. She was sure about the arrival of her children Ali and Sana on the door as it was the time of school closing at 3’o clock. While serving the lunch, she thanked Allah and recalled the time a few years back. When Ali was in 4th grade, and Sana was in 5th grade, Mr. & Mrs. Shahzad thought to change the school of their children from private to government. This thought emerged because they were unable to afford the fee schedule of private schools. But they were aware of the drawbacks of Government Schools too. They never wanted to abolish their children’s confidence level, productivity, and learning. It was not the dilemma of one home but the whole nation.

Case of a Rural district in Pakistan
No secondary school for girls in the village.
In Boys School, 8 girls in both class IX and class X, sitting in the
same classroom as the boys.
Officials explained that they had requested for up gradation of school
but requisition is still on table.
Girls Exempted:
School assembly, physical training and exercise sessions and any
school event, allowed to come late and only participate in the
academic work.
This was also for pragmatic reasons as there were only male toilets in
the school.
