The idea of implementing Fat Tax on junk food in the U.S. has been in the works
for quite some time. California is first in the nation to implement the fat tax . This
tax will be applied to any items containing more than 2.3% saturated fat, including,
dairy products such as cheese and milk, processed foods, pizza, soda, and candy.
The purpose of such a tax is to deter consumers from purchasing these unhealthy
foods and lower the obesity rate. According to Ogden, Carroll, Kit and Flegal
(2014), prevalence of obesity in the United States is high, with one third of adults
and 17% of children obese ( Prevalence of Childhood Obesity in the United States ,
2014).The number of obese children is alarming, albeit, significant measures have
been taken in schools to provide healthier meals. Unfortunately, there is little
guidance when it comes to food choices at home. Fat tax on junk food will provide
consumers with the guidance and encouragement needed to make healthier food
choices. There is much controversy when it comes to these taxes and many oppose
same. Steven Kurlander, an attorney and blogger for the Huffington Post, is clearly
not in favor of implementing fat taxes and refers to these taxes as really nothing
more than taxes we overweight Americans really can t afford to pay ( Fat Taxes

Abstract
One of the difficulties when objectivity looking into defining the levels of fidelity
required in training simulations is that simulators are frequently seen as replacements
for training that previously would have been conducted on the real equipment. The
perception therefore is that the simulation should be as close as possible to the real
deal in order to successfully replace it. However, the genuine advantage of using
simulation in training is that where the actual equipment is designed for real
operations, a training simulator can be designed to meet specific training needs

This has lead to an overemphasis on technological advancement to enhance
simulation based training (Francis Heybroek, 1992). In turn, this focus creates a lack
of emphasis on the role of recreating authentic operational scenarios which is the
baseline for training airline pilots.
All this leads into another important aspect of simulation fidelity; Instructional
Systems Design (ISD). ISD is definitively linked to training effectiveness and is
relative to the way in which simulator based training is designed for the target
audience. Recently there has been considerable research which suggests that there is
not a straightforward relationship between the increased realism of high fidelity
simulation and any significant enhancement in training effectiveness (National
Center for Simulation, 2007). In fact, the research actually shows that increases in
both efficiency and transfer of training do occur through the careful process of ISD,
and in particular the design of simulation based scenarios that are responsive to the
real operational needs of the target learner. These research results provide the first
facet that high fidelity simulation is not necessarily required for airline pilot training.

Bacon, was also the daughter of Edwards VI s tutor. At first Bacon was
homeschooled where he was taught the works of famous philosophers and
scientists. Due to his family s wealth, at the age of twelve, Bacon was able to
attend Trinity College, Cambridge, in 1573. There, he met Queen Elizabeth, who
was astounded by his intelligence. Then, in 1576, Bacon attended law school at
the Honorable Society of Gray s Inn. From there, he studied at the English
Embassy in Paris where he learned valuable political advice. Bacon s goal was to

Choosing illegal western books and joining book clubs permitted women to gather

RSA cryptography is vastly used to encrypt and decrypt message while
communicating through internet and in the field of digital signature. This encryption
system is used regularly in web browsers, chat applications email, vpn and any other
types of communications that require securely sending data to severs or the other
people.[8] RSA cryptography is an asymmetrical cryptography system. Because it
have two keys. One is public another is private. The encryption key is public while the
decryption key is private. So only the person with the correct decryption key can
decipher the encrypted message. Everyone have their own encryption and decryption
keys. The keys must be made in such a way that the decryption key may not easily ...
Which is by trying every possible combination. The length of the key determines
the strength. DES uses a 64 bit key, but eight of those bits are used for parity
checks, effectively limiting the key to 56 bits. So, it would take a maximum of
256 or 72,057,594,037,927,936 attempts to find the correct key. In present state,
