It has been a full week of the project being implemented. The issue that I have notice was the wrong
timing of the competency. It was issued together with many other hospital MCstrategies that made the
nurses overwhelmed. As the Jersey City Medical Center is now part of Barnabas Health a lot of
changes and updates are happening including educating all the staff with the new policies and
procedures, introducing new strategies to improve patient safety and satisfaction, and refreshing staff s
knowledge about skills. I spoke to the participants regarding the status of their competency, one nurse
told me that I will finish it by the set date; I am up to date with my MCstrategies . Another nurse told
me that she was doing the competency according to the due date and so far there are five more before
the Leadership Lessons. Three of the day shift new nurses informed me that they are doing their re

Self Reflection In my current profession the organizational behavior and direction of change is

Blake s lifetime in order to accurately interpret Songs of Innocence and of Experience (Blake 23). I
present opposing questions to this theory: (1) why is it necessary to try and adopt a perceptional
adaptation of Blake s historical perspective in order to comprehend and interpret his work; (3) is
Songs of Innocence and of Experience a timeless work of art that remains relevant two hundred and
twenty one years after its initial publication as a compilation; (4) what remains when all historical
contexts are eliminated from the analysis of Songs? If Blake only wants his readers to understand his
personal viewpoint of Songs, relative to the historical context in which it was written, perhaps he
would have published an analytical companion to Songs. Embracing William Blake s non conformist

Have you ever sent someone a long heartfelt text about how your day went and they just reply with the
letter K? This is just one problems that have occurred ever since the era of text messaging began and it
needs to stop. Social media is full of annoying text messages like one word response, people who read
your text then respond the next day or month, and lastly when people overuse of emoticons and text
talk like LOL. Texting needs to have guidelines so that people know what to do and what not to do

that no one wants. Majority of the time when people do this the use them inappropriately, for example
when someone is talking about something that isn t funny but rather sad they end the text with lol,
