GEBMO or the General Behavior Model was developed by Ludwig Brenner as a way to predict
hazards before they happened. Brenner devised a system of scenarios that could occur with
multiple factors for each element. The system is basically designed on a cause effect relationship.
One thing happens because of another which leads to a result (Haight, 2012). This model was used
to develop an emergency action plan for a small community surrounding a gas station.
The first step to any emergency action plan is to conduct a hazard assessment and the best way
conduct to do that is to conduct a walk through of the facility or area (Haight, 2012). In this
scenario, our facility is a service station with fuel holding tanks and convenience store items
which is located in close proximity to the center of town, a housing development, an elementary

Learning how to play Hotel California was difficult, but in the same process it was fun too. As I
was get more notes right, play the right chords, it make me hungry to learn more chords. Now
with almost completing the song, I m already thinking of setting a new goal to learn another
song. Stress is any circumstances that threaten or are perceived to threaten one s well being and
tax one s coping abilities (Weiten 435). The only obstacle seem threaten to my process of
learning Hotel California was time. Even though my brother had taught me the easier way to
learn the song, I still needed more times to learn the whole song. Coping is refers to efforts to
master, reduce, or tolerated the demands created by stress (Weiten 444). While learning how to
play Hotel California, I had to practice playing the same chords for each chords more than once,
it was frustrating. Lucky my brother help me find an easier way to learn the chords which help
solved the frustration problems, and it made me wanted to keep on practicing until I achieve my
SMART goal of being able to learn how to play
