the bank s requirement. These are current ratio and debt to equity ratio. Therefore,
$750,000 line of credit will not be proved by the bank. Even though, since these
covenants are required for lower MSC s borrowing rate by 1.5%, the bank will raise
this rate again. MSC will spend more on interest costs.
MSC can only issue shares to finance the expansion plan. Actually, using line of
credit is not a good choice. Current ratio = current asset/current liability = 11,977
/8462=1.42. If adding $750,000 to current liability, the new ratio will be 11,977
/ (8,462+750) = 1.3. It is far from the bank s requirement.
However, if MSC finance the expansion by issuing shares, MSC can at least meet
two covenants: debt to equity ratio and working capital of sales which meets

For my citizenship project, I chose to volunteer at the Daniel Stowe Botanical garden.
My goal was to obtain 15 hours of community service by volunteering for educational
assistant, horticulture crew, and at the holiday at the garden events. To reach my
goal, I had to figure out two major problems. When to volunteer and my
transportation. In order to make my project possible, I had to work with my
parents. By looking at an online calendar, we were able to schedule when I can
volunteer and my event. We decided that I could volunteer in the morning during
winter break, and my parents would drop and pick me up. Before my first day
volunteering, i felt more nervous than excited. I was completely clueless and
worried that I wouldn t be able to do my job properly. I was afraid that I might
become loss, or that I might have signed up incorrectly. Most of all, I was afraid
that I ll would embarrass myself. What made it vene more nerve wrecking was that
I had no friends or family to volunteer with me, so I was hesitant with working with

Working incredibly hard his entire life was the key factor behind his Socialist point
of view. In The Outlook for Socialism in the United States Debs gives insight as to
how difficult life is as a hardworking laborer. He proposes that rights for all be equal
and fair, but especially for the hardworking individuals that understood his
hardships. He was opposed to both Republicans and Democrats, fueled by the
belief that neither party truly cared about the working class nor treated them fairly.

Classroom
The learning environment I chose to create mirrors what my high school English
class would ideally look like if money was no object. According to the USC Rossier
School of Education, on average, students in the United Stated spend about 11,700
hours of their lives inside school buildings. I chose to design a comfortable, calm
learning space, that reflects passion based learning, with a neutral color scheme
and flexible seating arrangements to optimize my student s learning style and
environment so that in return what they learn in this space becomes part of who
they are and their identity. Jennifer Ward, a high school English teacher in
Michigan and a TED Ed Innovative Educator, revamped the style and environment
of her classroom this past year. Her explanation for rearranging and decorating the
class particularly stood out to me, A high school English classroom is more than
books and desks. A classroom needs to reflect the lives, the learning, the
