2. CAUSE
According to research, a child’s participation in school and the amount that
he or she learns is dependant on several factors such as familial influences,
education, occupation and income. Other household and school-related
factors are also important.

4. SOLUTION
The Dirt9 Project involves a multi-pronged approach,
involving strategies for the facilitation of across-the-board improvements in the entire curricular package,
including teaching-learning materials, classroom transactions, teacher training,
assessment and examinations. The package simultaneously assists in building
community-school linkages and dealing with infrastructure and environment issues.

5. WHAT WE
DO?
We design modules and yearlong curriculum that creates interest among students by using various
learning methodologies, with more stress on practical education. Empowering students to think,
try and implement by themselves, while bringing out the creativity and innovation through various
activities, projects and practical assignments helping them to love what they do and do only what they love.
We create self organized learning environments through which we look to merge the process of
project-based learning with the concepts of lateral thinking that helps students to improve their skills
in learning, communication, thinking, collaboration and time management (to mention a few).
We will let them do by themselves

Developing these abilities can help a student excel. Learning Enablers help them to learn more and
more on their own. In today's Knowledge Economy, self-directed learning doesn't just make him/her
good, it makes him/her the best!

8. Impact
There is great satisfaction in being able to accomplish something. When a student develops a
practical skill, he can see the results right away: like writing a program, building a robot, or even
mending a leaky faucet. This increases the self-confidence and Effective problem solving skills.
Skills can help a student network, develop relationships. In the adult world, most friendships
stem from two areas: group associations, and people who get together due to common interests.
Developing a skill will make it easier for a student to build fruitful, long-lasting relationships with
like-minded people thus developing effective collaboration skills and self motivation.
