易使不善口述或猶豫不覺的參與

  1. M 基本型需求(Must-be) 顧客對企業提供的產品/服務因素的基本要求。 產品一定、理所當然要有的功能/服務/特性。有是應該的,使用者不會因為有就覺得滿意;但沒有一定會被罵到臭頭。 O 期望型需求(One-dimensional) 顧客的滿意狀況與需求的滿足程度成比例關係的需求。 產品有這功能會比較好,但不是一定要具備。如果有則會讓使用者滿意度變高。 A 魅力型需求(Attractive) 不會被顧客過分期望的需求。 讓使用者覺得驚喜的功能。如果有,則會讓使用者感到滿意,但沒有也不會因此表現出明顯的不滿。 I 無差異需求(Indifferent) 使用者對這一因素無所謂。(時間可以不用浪費在這裡的功能。) R 不需要(Reverse) 使用者不需要這種功能,甚至對該功能反感。(多做多錯不如不做。) Q 有疑問(Questionable) 表示有疑問的結果,一般不會出現這個結果,除非這個問題的問法不合理、受測者沒有很好地理解問題、或者是在填寫問題答案時出現錯誤。(出錯乃 UX 常事,大俠請重新來過。)
