”Challenge of doing design thinking well requires balancing the methodology’s
structure, which allows designers to successfully and consistently tackle a wide
range of problems, with the danger of that structure becoming too strict.
Achieving that balance is tricky, especially in companies that don’t have the right
culture. Two elements of company culture that lead to situations where design
thinking fails: TRUST & PLAY”
